Ash

Ashley "Ash" Harrison, aged 26, is a model from Manchester. He entered the house on Day 2. On Day 11, when Power Housemate Chris was choosing his next nomination, he narrowed his decision down to Ash and Kimberly. To find out who was Chris' biggest threat in the house, a poll was posted on the official Big Brother app. As Ash topped the poll, Chris decided to choose him as his next nomination therefore Ash automatically faced the second public vote. [1] He survived eviction on Day 16 having received the fewest votes to evict along with Christopher, however he was nominated for the next public vote after Power Couple Matthew and Toya chose to void his nominations. [2] He survived eviction on Day 23 despite receiving the second highest number of votes to evict. [3] [4] He was automatically put up for the fourth eviction when the girls became Girl Power and took over the house. [5] He survived this eviction on Day 30. [6] Ash was nominated for the sixth eviction on Day 40, however in a shock twist it was revealed that the housemate who received the most nominations would be immediately evicted. This housemate was Marlon. [7] Shortly after the eviction it was announced that all of the remaining housemates except Helen would face the next public vote. However this was a lie and the decision was actually down to the three new housemates; Biannca, Pav and Zoe. [8] On Day 44, they decided to save Ash from eviction. [9] Ash was nominated for the fifth time on Day 47 after the Power Alliance; Ashleigh, Chris and Mark chose to nominate him. [10] In a nominations twist on Day 48, Ash saved himself from eviction and replaced himself with Ashleigh. [11] He survived the final set of nominations on Day 61 meaning he had secured himself a place in the final. [12] On Day 68, the Power returned to the house for the final time and was given to Ash and Christopher. For their first mission as Power Housemates, they had to choose questions for Big Brother to ask their fellow housemates in the Diary Room. [13] The same day, following Helen's "surprise eviction", Ash and Christopher were then given the power to evict one more housemate. They chose to evict Chris. [14] However, unbeknownst to them and the other housemates, Helen and Chris' eviction was fake and they were actually living next door in Big Brother's Spare Room watching the housemates' every move. [15] This was eventually exposed on Day 69 when they returned to the house. [16] Ash finally left the house during the final on Day 72 after finishing fourth.

Ashleigh

Ashleigh Coyle, aged 18, is a model and boutique shop worker from Derry. The youngest housemate of the series, she was the winner of Miss Derry 2013. [17] She entered the house on Day 2. She became part of Girl Power on Day 23; where all the girls had the power. They were told that all of the boys would automatically face eviction and they'd have 72 hours to decide which of them to save from eviction. [5] On Day 26, the girls decided to save Chris, Marlon and Steven from eviction. After this decision, their power trip ended. [18] On Day 32, Ashleigh was nominated for the first time by her fellow housemates. [19] She survived this eviction on Day 37 despite receiving the second most votes to evict. [20] On Day 39, Ashleigh was nominated by her fellow housemates but was saved in a shock twist on Day 40 after it was revealed that the housemate who received the most nominations would be immediately evicted. This housemate was Marlon. [7] Following his eviction, all of the remaining housemates except Helen were told they automatically face the next eviction. However this was a lie and their fate actually stood in the hands of the new housemates; Biannca, Pav and Zoe. [21] Ashleigh was saved from this eviction on Day 44. [22]

On Day 46, Ashleigh topped a poll through the Big Brother app and therefore became the next Power Housemate. [23] On Day 47, she had to choose someone to join her to form a Power Alliance. She chose Chris. [24] Between them, they were asked to nominate one housemate who would definitely face the next eviction. They decided to nominate Steven. Mark was then chosen to join them in the Power Alliance and between them they had to choose three more housemates to face eviction. On the same day they chose Ash, [10] then on Day 48 they chose Pav and Zoe. [25] Following this decision their Power Trip ended, but in a further twist the nominated housemates were told they could save one of them and replace themselves with one of the Power Alliance. They chose to save Ash and he swapped himself with Ashleigh meaning she would face the next eviction. [11] Despite this, she survived eviction on Day 51, [26] then shortly after, the public were given the Power and were first given the opportunity to give one housemates immunity in the next eviction. [27] Ashleigh topped the poll therefore she could not be nominated on Day 53. [28] After surviving the final set of nominations on Day 61, she secured herself a place in the final. [12] Ashleigh was announced as the runner-up on Day 72, losing to Helen by a 1.2% voting difference.

[21] However, unbeknownst to them, the new housemates would also face the public vote as they would decide which of them they would like to stay in the house. [29] On Day 44, Biannca became the seventh housemate to be evicted after receiving the fewest votes to stay. [30] Biannca returned briefly on Day 48 to help the Power Alliance; Ashleigh, Chris and Mark to decide whom to nominate, [31] and then on Day 59 as part of the BB's Strongest Housemate task. [32] Biannca briefly returned again on Day 70 to teach the finalists how to leave the house in style. [33]

[35] On Day 10, he chose Steven, [36] then on Day 11 he had to narrow his fourth nomination decision down to two housemates. He chose Ash and Kimberly. A poll was then posted on the official Big Brother app to see who the public thought was Chris' biggest threat in the house. After Ash topped the poll, Chris chose him as his fourth nomination. [1] On Day 12, Big Brother gave Chris an alibi after housemates were suspicious. Chris chose three housemate to deliver a speech to plead the secret Power Housemate not to nominate them. He chose Danielle, Mark and Marlon, [37] however Big Brother also added Chris to the list to throw the housemates off the scent. In the end, Chris chose Marlon as his final nomination. [38] It was announced that the housemates would never find out that Chris was the secret Power Housemate, however the secret was put in jeopardy after a member of the public shouted over the wall warning the housemates that Chris holds the power. [39] Chris was then nominated by his fellow housemates for the third eviction. [40] He survived this eviction on Day 23 after receiving the fewest votes to evict along with Christopher and Jale. [4]

[42] However he was nominated again on Day 32 to face the fifth eviction, [43] but survived it on Day 37 having received the fewest votes to evict along with Christopher. [44] On Day 40, after the arrival of three new housemates, it was announced that all of the original housemates except Helen would face eviction. Unbeknownst to them, the eviction decision would actually be made by the new housemates. [21] On Day 44, Chris was saved from eviction. [9] Chris joined forces with Ashleigh on Day 47 to form the Power Alliance [24] and between them they chose to nominate Steven and Ash. [10] They jointly decided Mark to join the Power Alliance and the three of them nominated Pav and Zoe. [25] Following this decision their Power Trip ended. On Day 53, Chris was once again nominated by his fellow housemates to face eviction, [45] but survived on Day 58. [46] Despite avoiding nomination during face-to-face nominations on Day 61, Chris was put up for eviction on Day 62 following a twist from the Power of Money. [47] After the decision to nominate Chris, £10,000 was added to the overall prize fund. [48] The extra money was then lost on Day 63 following a further twist. [49] Despite all of this, Chris eventually survived this eviction on Day 65, therefore securing himself a place in the final. [50] On Day 68, Power Housemates Ash and Christopher decided to evict Chris. However, what they did not know was that this eviction was fake and he actually moved to the Spare Room next door where he and Helen watched their other housemates for 24 hours.
