Singh, was named as the first coach of the team.

However, in September 2019, India cancelled the Zimbabwe series following the ICC's suspension of Zimbabwe Cricket, with Sri Lanka replacing them.
L Kishan Singha is an Indian cricketer. He made his Twenty20 debut on 11 January 2021 for Manipur in the 2020–21 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He made his List A debut on 21 February 2021 for Manipur in the 2020–21 Vijay Hazare Trophy. He made his first-class debut on 17 February 2022 for Manipur in the 2021–22 Ranji Trophy. He took a hat-trick in his debut match.
The 2021–22 Vijay Hazare Trophy was the twentieth season of the Vijay Hazare Trophy, a List A cricket tournament that was played in India. It was being contested by 38 teams, divided into six groups, with six teams in Group D. The tournament was announced by the BCCI on 3 July 2021. Kerala won Group D to progress to the quarter-finals, with Madhya Pradesh finishing in second place to advance to the preliminary quarter-finals.
