This is a list of Health Ministers of Albania who have served since 1944. [1]
Albania, officially the Republic of Albania, is a country in Southeast Europe on the Adriatic and Ionian Sea within the Mediterranean Sea. It shares land borders with Montenegro to the northwest, Kosovo to the northeast, North Macedonia to the east, Greece to the south and a maritime border with Italy to the west.

The Philippine Department of Health is the executive department of the Philippine government responsible for ensuring access to basic public health services by all Filipinos through the provision of quality health care and the regulation of all health services and products. It is the government's over-all technical authority on health. It has its headquarters at the San Lazaro Compound, along Rizal Avenue in Manila.
Law enforcement in Albania is the responsibility of several agencies. The responsibility for most tasks lies with the Albanian State Police, a national police agency, which is under the authority of Ministry of Internal Affairs. Examples of other agencies with limited policing powers are the Municipal Police, which has administrative functions and operates in the local level. They are controlled by mayors.
The Ministry of Defence is a department of the Albanian Government, in charge of the formation and implementation of national security and ordering, coordinating and carrying out the general guidelines of the Cabinet about the defence policy and is the headquarters of the Military of Albania.
The Ministry of Culture is a department of the Albanian Government responsible for the implementation of government tourism, cultural affairs, youth and sports policy. The current minister is Elva Margariti of the Rama II Cabinet.
The Ministry of Justice is a department of the Albanian Government, responsible for implementation of government justice policy, the Albanian legal system in the Constitution and general administrative law, civil law, procedural law and criminal law as well as matters relating to democratic issues, human rights, integration and minority issues and metropolitan affairs.
The Republican Guard is a militarized government agency of Albania, tasked with the protection of several, mandated by the relevant law, high-ranking state officials, including the President of Albania, as well as certain national properties, high-ranking foreign visitors and diplomatic offices. It is mostly subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, with only the part responsible for the incumbent president's security being under the authority of the President of Albania.
The Ministry of Finance and Economy is a department of the Albanian Government, responsible for matters relating to economic policy, the central government budget, taxes, banking, security and insurance, international economic work, central, regional and local government.
The Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth is a department of the Albanian Government responsible for Education and Sport. The current minister is Besa Shahini.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is a department of the Albanian Government in charge of regulation of the economic activity in the agricultural sector of the country with a purpose of increasing the sector's production capacity.
The Ministry of Tourism and Environment is a department of the Albanian Government in charge of regulation concerning the environment, the sustainable use of natural resources, promotion of renewable resources, protection of nature and biodiversity, sustainable development and management of forestry and pastures, and the quality monitoring of water resources.
The Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia is a governmental agency within the Cabinet of Georgia in charge of regulating the healthcare system, labor and IDP issues and social security system in Georgia. Since 25 October 2012, the ministry is headed by David Sergeenko.
In the past, Kosovo’s capabilities to develop a modern health care system were limited. Low GDP during 1990 worsened the situation even more. However, the establishment of the Faculty of Medicine in the University of Prishtina marked a significant development in health care. This was also followed by launching different health clinics which enabled better conditions for professional development.
Healthcare in Somalia is largely in the private sector. It is regulated by the Ministry of Health of the Federal Government of Somalia. In March 2013, the central authorities launched the Health Sector Strategic Plans (HSSPs), a new national health system that aims to provide universal basic healthcare to all citizens by 2016. Somalia has the highest prevalence of mental illness in the world, according to the World Health organization. Some polls have ranked Somalis as the happiest people in Sub-Saharan Africa.
The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure was a department of the Albanian Government responsible for the transport, infrastructure, technical standards, water supply and sanitation, and urban waste management.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs is a department of the Albanian Government, in charge of regulation for the protection of rights and liberties of the Albanian citizens, investigates unlawful acts against the interest of society and state, fights crime, provides civil order, ensures civil security, traffic safety, and protects the security and protection of important individuals.
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs was a department of the Albanian Government charged with the responsibility to protect and safeguard the interest of workers in general and the poor, deprived and disadvantaged sections of the society. The Ministry was dissolved in 13 September 2017 and its departments were merged with other ministries. Most of its functions are now performed by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection.
The Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy is a department of the Albanian Government, responsible for national climate policy and international cooperation on climate change, as well as energy issues, meteorology and national geological surveys, electricity, water, wastewater services and industry in Albania.
Olta Xhaçka is an Albanian politician, Socialist Party member of Parliament, and current Albanian minister of defence.
Healthcare in Azerbaijan is provided by public and private healthcare institutions and regulated through the Ministry of Healthcare.
The Motorways in Albania are the controlled-access highway system in Albania predominantly under the supervision of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy. The motorways are characterised as roads with at least two lanes in each driving direction including an emergency lane and a maximum allowed speed limit of not less than 110 kilometres per hour (68 mph).
