By 2012, the ₹100 crore box office target had become "a new benchmark for a film to be declared a hit", and those affiliated with the 100 Crore Club were considered part of the "elite strata" within the Indian film community. Tiger Zinda Hai is a 2017 Indian Hindi-language action thriller film written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar based on a story by Zafar and Neelesh Misra. Produced by Aditya Chopra under Yash Raj Films, it serves as a sequel to Ek Tha Tiger (2012) and is the second instalment in the YRF Spy Universe, and stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif reprising their roles from the predecessor. Almost eight years since the events of Ek Tha Tiger, Tiger and Zoya find themselves pulled out of hiding to save nurses held hostage by the ISC, a terrorist organisation based in Iraq.
Baaghi is an Indian film series produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The protagonist in the series is portrayed by Tiger Shroff. The first film in the series, Baaghi, was released in 2016 and was directed by Sabbir Khan, followed by its sequels, Baaghi 2 (2018) and Baaghi 3 (2020), both directed by Ahmed Khan, Baaghi 4 will be released in 2025 and directed by A. Harsha. Baaghi 2 is the most successful film in the series to date, grossing over ₹258 crores worldwide.
