Uppalapati Venkata Suryanarayana Prabhas Raju, known mononymously as Prabhas, is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Telugu cinema. He is one of the highest-paid actors in Indian cinema and has been featured in Forbes India's Celebrity 100 list since 2015. Referred to in the media as the "Rebel Star", he has appeared in over 20 films, and has received seven Filmfare Awards nominations, a Nandi Award, and a SIIMA Award.

1000 Crore Club is an unofficial designation by the Indian film trade and the media, related to Indian language films that have grossed ₹1000 crore or more either within India or worldwide. The 1000 crore club is preceded by the 100 crore club. Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017) became the first Indian film to gross over ₹1000 crore worldwide. It grossed ₹1,430 crore across all languages in India and grossed ₹1,850 crore worldwide. It stands as the highest-grossing film in India till date. It was followed by Dangal, which is the highest-grossing Indian film, expanding the club to 1900 crore, before creating the 2,000 crore (US$240 million) club, and becoming the fifth highest-grossing non-English language film of all time. In 2022, two films released in the span of a month, RRR and KGF: Chapter 2, grossed over ₹1,000 crore at the global box office. The club expanded with Pathaan (2023), Jawan (2023) and Kalki 2898 AD (2024).

<i>Saaho</i> 2019 film directed by Sujeeth

Saaho is a 2019 Indian action thriller film directed by Sujeeth and produced by UV Creations and T-Series. It was filmed simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi, stars Prabhas in the title role, alongside Shraddha Kapoor, Chunky Pandey, Jackie Shroff, Arun Vijay and Neil Nitin Mukesh. The film marks Prabhas's Hindi cinema debut and Shraddha Kapoor's Telugu cinema debut. The film revolves around two undercover officers, searching for a mastermind responsible for stealing ₹2,000 crore. They soon realise that the case is linked to the death of a prominent business tycoon and an emerging gang war for the control of a megalopolis.

<i>Radhe Shyam</i> 2022 film by Radha Krishna Kumar

Radhe Shyam is a 2022 Indian period romantic drama film written and directed by Radha Krishna Kumar. Produced by UV Creations and T-Series, the film was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi languages and stars Prabhas and Pooja Hegde with an ensemble supporting cast. Set in 1970s Italy, the film revolves around a young palmist named Vikramaditya, who is conflicted between his destiny and his love for Dr. Prerana.

<i>Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire</i> 2023 Indian film

Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire is a 2023 Indian Telugu-language epic action thriller film written and directed by Prashanth Neel, and produced by Vijay Kiragandur. The film stars Prabhas as the title character alongside an ensemble cast of Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, Jagapathi Babu, Bobby Simha, Sriya Reddy, Ramachandra Raju, John Vijay, Tinnu Anand, Devaraj, Brahmaji, Mime Gopi and Easwari Rao. Set in the fictional dystopian city-state of Khansaar, where monarchy still exists, the film follows the friendship between Deva (Prabhas), the exiled prince of Khansaar, and Varadha (Prithviraj), the current prince of Khansaar. When a coup d'état is planned by his father's ministers and his relatives, Varadha enlists Deva's help to become Khansaar's undisputed ruler.

<i>Kalki 2898 AD</i> 2024 film by Nag Ashwin

Kalki 2898 AD is a 2024 Indian Telugu-language epic science fiction film directed by Nag Ashwin and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies. The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani. Inspired by Hindu scriptures, it is the first installment in a planned Kalki Cinematic Universe. Set in a post-apocalyptic world in the year 2898 AD, the film follows a select group who are on a mission to save lab subject SUM-80's unborn child, Kalki.

Prabhas is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Telugu cinema. He made his acting debut with the 2002 Telugu action drama Eeswar and attained his breakthrough with the action romance Varsham (2004) for which he received his first nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Telugu. In 2005, he appeared in S. S. Rajamouli's action drama Chatrapathi, in which he portrayed the role of a refugee, exploited by goons. It earned him his second nomination for the Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Telugu.

<i>Stree 2</i> 2024 film by Amar Kaushik

Stree 2: Sarkate Ka Aatank is a 2024 Hindi-language comedy horror film directed by Amar Kaushik, written by Niren Bhatt, and produced jointly by Maddock Films and Jio Studios. It is the fifth installment in the Maddock Supernatural Universe and is a sequel to Stree (2018). The film stars Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee and Aparshakti Khurana.
