This is a list of Malaysian films produced and released in 2024. Most of these films are produced in the Malay language, but there also a significant number of them that are produced in Tamil, English, and Mandarin.

A newsreel is a form of short documentary film, containing news stories and items of topical interest, that was prevalent between the 1910s and the mid 1970s. Typically presented in a cinema, newsreels were a source of current affairs, information, and entertainment for millions of moviegoers. Newsreels were typically exhibited preceding a feature film, but there were also dedicated newsreel theaters in many major cities in the 1930s and ’40s, and some large city cinemas also included a smaller theaterette where newsreels were screened continuously throughout the day.
The Guide Star Catalog (GSC), also known as the Hubble Space Telescope, Guide Catalog (HSTGC), is a star catalog compiled to support the Hubble Space Telescope with targeting off-axis stars. GSC-I contained approximately 20,000,000 stars with apparent magnitudes of 6 to 15. GSC-II contains 945,592,683 stars out to magnitude 21. As far as possible, binary stars and non-stellar objects have been excluded or flagged as not meeting the requirements of Fine Guidance Sensors. This is the first full sky star catalog created specifically for navigation in outer space.
GSC is a bus used in many of the HP 9000 workstations and servers. The acronym has various explanations, including Gecko System Connect, Gonzo System Connect and General System Connect.
ABS-CBN Film Productions, Inc., doing business as Star Cinema and also known as ABS-CBN Films, is a Filipino film and television production and distribution company headquartered in Quezon City. It is one of the major film studios in the Philippines, along with Viva Films, Regal Entertainment and GMA Pictures. Star Cinema has produced and released most of the highest-grossing Philippine films of all time.
GSC Game World is a Ukrainian video game developer temporarily based in Prague. Founded in Kyiv in 1995 by Sergiy Grygorovych, it is best known for the Cossacks and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series of games. GSC Game World was the first company in Ukraine to localize PC games to the Russian language. In 2002, it became a publishing house, GSC World Publishing.
Israel Horovitz was an American playwright, director, actor and co-founder of the Gloucester Stage Company in 1979. He served as artistic director until 2006 and later served on the board, ex officio and as artistic director emeritus until his resignation in November 2017 after The New York Times reported allegations of sexual misconduct.
Subang Parade is a shopping mall located in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. Golden Screen Cinemas Sdn Bhd (GSC) is Malaysia's largest cinema exhibitor and a wholly-owned subsidiary of PPB Group Berhad, which is an exhibitor and distributor of movies and content in Malaysia. It operates over 600 screens in 70 locations across Malaysia and Vietnam, with 504 screens in 55 locations in Malaysia, and 108 screens in 18 locations in Vietnam through a partnership with Galaxy Studio.

Kuroko's Basketball The Movie: Last Game is a 2017 Japanese animated sports film produced by Production I.G and distributed by Shochiku. This is the first film in the Kuroko's Basketball franchise, created by Tadatoshi Fujimaki. It was released in Japanese cinemas on March 18, 2017. ODEX later screened the film in Singapore and Malaysia on May 4, 2017, Philippines on May 17, 2017, Indonesia on May 17, 2017, and Vietnam on July 18, 2017. The film began streaming on Netflix on November 15, 2021, with an English dub.
The Spring Bintulu is a shopping mall in Bintulu, Bintulu Division, Sarawak, Malaysia. Located at Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, it was scheduled to be opened in November 2018 but only did so in January 2019. It has three anchor tenants which are H&M, Parkson and Ta Kiong Supermarket.
IOI City Mall is a shopping mall located in Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia, which was developed by IOI Properties Group Berhad and opened in November 2014.
Mat Kilau: Kebangkitan Pahlawan is a 2022 Malaysian Malay-language epic biographical action adventure film that is inspired by historical events directed by Syamsul Yusof, starring Adi Putra as Mat Kilau bin Imam Rasu, a Malay warrior who fought the British colonialists during the Pahang Uprising in Pahang, British Malaya before independence. The film features Beto Kusyairy, Fattah Amin, Yayan Ruhian, Geoff Andre Feyaerts and Johan As'ari in supporting roles.
