MC Alger is an Algerian sports club based in Algiers which is best known for its professional association football team. They played their first match in 1921. This list includes the major honours won by MC Alger and all-time statistics and records set by the club, its players and its coaches. The players section includes the club's top goalscorers and those who have made most appearances in first-team competitive matches. It also displays international achievements by players representing MC Alger, and the highest transfer fees paid and received by the club.

On August 8, 2021, the president of the republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune has announced that the management of the new stadium will be for MC Alger. As he recalled the founding of the Club on August 7, 1921, by the late Abderrahmane Aouf, and returned to the team's obstacle course and its stoppage before and during the Algerian war. [12] On July 3, 2024, Ali La Pointe Stadium in Douera was officially inaugurated by the president of the republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune. The stadium should host MC Alger matches from the start of the 2024–25 season. [13]

    Akram Djahnit is an Algerian football player who currently plays for ES Sétif in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1.

    The 2014–15 Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 was the 53rd season of the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 since its establishment in 1962. A total of 16 teams contested the league, with USM Alger as the defending champions. Following the death of Albert Ebossé Bodjongo, the Algerian Football Federation suspended all football indefinitely. The league resumed on Week 3 starting 12 September 2014, with all matches on that week were preceded with a minute silence in memory of Ebossé.

    USM Alger, an Algerian professional association football club, has gained entry to Confederation of African Football (CAF) competitions on several occasions. They have represented Algeria in the Champions League on seven occasions, the Confederation Cup on Three separate occasions, the now-defunct Cup Winners' Cup five separate occasions, and the now-defunct CAF Cup one occasions. At the Union of Arab Football Associations (UAFA), they participated several times, They have represented Algeria in the Arab Champions League on five occasions, and the now-defunct Maghreb Cup Winners Cup two occasions.

    Oussama Chita is an Algerian footballer who plays as a central midfielder for USM Alger in the Algerian Ligue Professionnelle 1 and the Algeria national team.

    Abdeslam Bousri is an Algeria international former football forward who played for MC Alger.

    In the 2013–14 season, MC Alger competed in Ligue 1 for the 43rd season, as well as the Algerian Cup. It was their 11th consecutive season in the top flight of Algerian football. They remained in Ligue 1, and went on to win the Algerian Cup. Because of the events of the Algerian Cup final last season club president Omar Gharib was given a life ban, Faouzi Chaouchi and Réda Babouche two years and coach Djamel Menad one year.

    In the 2018–19 season, the Algerian football club JS Saoura competed in Ligue 1 for the seventh season in a row. The club won 13 out of 30 league games and finished 4th out of 16 teams, resulting in qualification for the 2019–20 Arab Club Champions Cup. The club also took part in the Algerian Cup, but were knocked out by IB Lakhdaria in their first match, and the CAF Champions League, where they reached the group stage. The midfielder Adel Bouchiba had the most appearances for the season, and top goalscorer was Mohamed El Amine Hammia. The club's head coach at the start of the season was Nabil Neghiz; he was replaced by Karim Zaoui in January 2019.

    Mohamed Tchapi Zougrana is an Ivorian footballer who plays as a midfielder for MC Alger and the Ivory Coast national team.

    The 2024–25 season, is MC Alger's 56th season and the club's 21st consecutive season in the top flight of Algerian football. In addition to the domestic league, MC Alger are participating in the Algerian Cup, Super Cup and the Champions League. On June 27, 2024 The federal office approved the calendar for the 2024–25 Ligue 1 season with the aim of ending on May 31, 2025. The first round is scheduled for September 14, this delay is motivated both by an extended end of the 2023–24 season but also by the holding of early presidential elections which will take place on September 7, 2024. However, the Ligue de Football Professionnel decided to postpone the start of the Ligue 1 by a week, on September 21.
