Ring of Honor (ROH) has held a variety of professional wrestling tournaments competed for by wrestlers that are a part of their personnel.
On June 22, 2002, Ring of Honor held an ROH Championship tournament to crown the inaugural ROH Champion. [1] The Finals of the tournament was a four way iron man match that took place July 27, 2002.
On September 21, 2002, Ring of Honor held an ROH Tag Team Championship tournament to crown the inaugural ROH Tag Team Champions. [2]
The Field of Honor was a professional wrestling tournament held from September 6, 2003 until December 27, 2003 by the Ring of Honor promotion. It was held as a round-robin, with winners from two blocks wrestling in the final to decide that winner. The winner of each block is determined by a points system; one point for a victory, one point for a draw, and zero points for a loss. [3]

Championship tournament to crown the first Women of Honor Champion.
In August 2019, ROH announced a tournament to crown to #1 contender for the ROH World Championship. The first round matches will be held at Death Before Dishonor XVII, the semifinals and finals will be held at Glory By Honor XVII. The winner will face the champion at Final Battle. [22]
On January 30, 2020, nearly 14 years after it was retired, Ring of Honor announced they were reinstating the ROH Pure Championship, with a tournament to crown a new champion beginning in 2020. [23] The tournament was supposed to begin on April 12 but ROH suspended its television production due to COVID-19 pandemic. ROH resumed television production in September and the tournament began on September 12.
On January 1, 2020, ROH announced the deactivation of the Women of Honor World Championship in favor of the new ROH Women's World Championship. [24] A "Quest for Gold" tournament was set for April 24 at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, but was canceled after ROH announced that it had postponed all live events due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [25] [26] At the ROH 19th Anniversary Show, ROH Board of Directors member Maria Kanellis-Bennett announce the tournament to take place in the summer of 2021. [27]

Championship tournament to determine the first ever ROH Women's World Television Championship holder in Ring of Honor history.
Ring of Honor (ROH) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. The promotion was founded by Rob Feinstein on February 23, 2002, and was operated by Cary Silkin from 2004 until 2011, when the promotion was sold to the Sinclair Broadcast Group.
The ROH World Championship is a professional wrestling world championship created and promoted by Ring of Honor (ROH). It is considered the most prestigious title in the promotion. The current champion is Mark Briscoe, who is in his first reign. In addition to being in ROH, the championship is also defended on All Elite Wrestling's (AEW) programs, as AEW and ROH are both owned by Tony Khan.
Benjamin Whitmer, better known by the ring name B. J. Whitmer, is an American professional wrestling producer, professional wrestling trainer, color commentator, and retired professional wrestler. Jamin Dale Pugh, better known by his ring name Jay Briscoe, was an American professional wrestler. He was best known for his time with his brother Mark Briscoe as the Briscoe Brothers in Ring of Honor, where he was a two-time ROH World Champion, ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion, and record 13-time ROH World Tag Team Champion. Other championships held by Briscoe over his career include the Impact World Tag Team Championship and IWGP Tag Team Championship. He was inducted into the ROH Hall of Fame in 2022.
Mark Pugh is an American professional wrestler best known as Mark Briscoe. He is currently signed to All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and also performs for its sister promotion Ring of Honor (ROH), the latter promotion being where he gained notoriety teaming with his brother Jay as the Briscoe Brothers. In ROH, he is the current ROH World Champion in his first reign. He held the ROH World Tag Team Championship with his brother Jay Briscoe a record 13 times, and was one third of the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions with Jay and Bully Ray. In 2021, the Briscoe Brothers were honored as inaugural inductees into the ROH Hall of Fame.
Best in the World '15 was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by Ring of Honor (ROH) that took place at Terminal 5 in New York City, New York on June 19, 2015. It was the sixth annual ROH Best in the World event, the first to take place on a Friday, and the second Best in the World event to be broadcast on traditional pay-per-view outlets.
Brett Giehl, better known by the ring name Dalton Castle, is an American professional wrestler. He also makes appearances for its sister company All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He is also known for his tenure in Chikara, where he wrestled under the ring names Ashley Remington and Dalton Caroline Castle.
All Star Extravaganza VII was a professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by Ring of Honor (ROH). It took place on September 18, 2015 at San Antonio Shrine Auditorium in San Antonio, Texas. It was the seventh event under the All Star Extravaganza chronology.
Villain Enterprises was a villainous professional wrestling stable consisting of Marty Scurll, Brody King, PCO, and Flip Gordon. The stable performed in Ring of Honor (ROH), where they are former ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champions, the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA), where King and PCO are former NWA World Tag Team Champions, and Australia's World Series Wrestling (WSW), where Scurll is a former WSW World Champion. King and PCO have also won both ROH's Tag Wars tournament and the NWA/ROH co-promoted Crockett Cup tournament in 2019, and previously held the ROH World Tag Team Championship, while Scurll and King are former WSW Tag Team Champions. They were joined by Flip Gordon at Best in the World.
Best in the World (2021) was a professional wrestling event produced by American promotion Ring of Honor (ROH) that took place on Sunday, July 11, 2021 live on Pay-per-view. It emanated from the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. It was the 11th event in the Best In The World chronology, and the first event since 2019, for the 2020 event was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was also the first ROH event since Gateway To Honor on February 29, 2020 to have fans in attendance.
Death Before Dishonor XVIII was a professional wrestling pay-per-view produced by Ring of Honor (ROH). It was the eighteenth event in the Death Before Dishonor chronology. It took place on September 12, 2021. The show was originally supposed to emanate from the RP Funding Center in Lakeland, Florida, but due to a surge of COVID-19 in Florida at the time, the location was changed to the 2300 Arena at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. It marked the last time Death Before Dishonor had Roman numerals in its name.
The 2021 Final Battle was the 20th Final Battle professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by American promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). It took place on December 11, 2021 at the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. The event was billed as "The End of an Era", as it was the last Ring of Honor event to be held before the company went on hiatus, eventually resuming operations in April 2022.
Honor for All was a professional wrestling event produced by American promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). It took place on November 14, 2021, at the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Baltimore, Maryland and aired exclusively on Honor Club. It was the third event in the ROH Honor For All chronology and the company's penultimate event before the promotion goes on hiatus.
The 2022 Death Before Dishonor was the 19th Death Before Dishonor professional wrestling pay-per-view event produced by American promotion Ring of Honor (ROH). It took place on July 23, 2022, at the Tsongas Center in Lowell, Massachusetts. It was ROH's first live event under the full ownership of All Elite Wrestling (AEW) president Tony Khan.
