Ring of Honor (ROH) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler as a result of the culmination of various scripted storylines.
There are currently seven championships in ROH. There are three singles, one traditional tag team championship, and one six-man tag team championship for male wrestlers, while there are two singles championship for female wrestlers. [1]
As of September1, 2025, nine wrestlers officially hold championships (including one double champion). This list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout. [2]
The American professional wrestling promotion Ring of Honor (ROH) promotes several professional wrestling championships for its men's and women's divisions. ROH often broadcasts championship matches on their weekly streaming television program, Honor Club , while also regularly being featured on programs of sister promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Major championship defenses also occur at ROH's and AEW's periodic pay-per-view events.
At the top of ROH's championship hierarchy for male wrestlers is the ROH World Championship. It is held by Bandido, who defeated Chris Jericho at AEW Dynasty .
The secondary title for male wrestlers is the ROH World Television Championship, which is held by first-time champion Nick Wayne, who defeated Komander on AEW Collision: Spring BreakThru on April 17, 2025 to win the title. [3]
The ROH Pure Championship is a specialty championship, featuring matches being conducted under "Pure Wrestling Rules". [4] It is held by first time champion Lee Moriarty, who defeated Wheeler Yuta on July 26, 2024 at Death Before Dishonor. [5]
The ROH World Tag Team Championship is ROH's traditional tag team title, being contested by teams of two wrestlers. It is held by The Sons of Texas (Dustin Rhodes and Sammy Guevara), who are in their first reign both as a team and individually. The current champions are La Facción Ingobernable (Rush and Sammy Guevara), who are in their first reign as a team, but first for Rush and second for Guevara individually. They won the vacant titles by defeating The Outrunners (Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum) on August 29, 2025, at Death Before Dishonor in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Previous champions Sons of Texas (Dustin Rhodes and Guevara) vacated the titles due to Dustin undergoing double knee replacement surgery. [6]
The ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship is a title contested by teams of three wrestlers, also referred to as trios. The current champions are Shane Taylor Promotions (Shane Taylor, Carlie Bravo and Capt. Shawn Dean), who are in their first reign as a team, but second for Taylor and first for both Bravo and Dean individually. They won the vacant titles by defeating The Sons of Texas (Sammy Guevara, Marshall Von Erich and Ross Von Erich) at Death Before Dishonor on August 29, 2025 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Previous champions Sons of Texas (Dustin Rhodes, Marshall and Ross) vacated the titles due to Dustin undergoing double knee replacement surgery. [7]
ROH has three championships for its women's division. The primary title is the ROH Women's World Championship, which is held by first-time champion Athena. She defeated Mercedes Martinez at Final Battle on December 10, 2022. [8]
The secondary title for the women's division is the ROH Women's World Television Championship. It is held by first time champion Red Velvet, who defeated Billie Starkz on July 26, 2024 at Death Before Dishonor. [9]
The second secondary title for the ROH Women's division is the ROH Women's Pure Championship that was revealed on the April 12, 2025 episode of AEW Collision by Tony Khan. The inaugural champion is to be determined via tournament. [10]
