All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida, and is considered the second largest wrestling promotion in the United States behind WWE. Title reigns are either determined by professional wrestling matches or are awarded to a wrestler as a result of the culmination of various scripted storylines.
There are currently 10 total championships in AEW, with six singles championships, one traditional tag team championship, and one six-man tag team championship for male wrestlers, and two singles championships for female wrestlers. There is also an upcoming women's tag team championship with its inaugural champions to be determined. Championships from AEW's sister promotion Ring of Honor are also occasionally defended on AEW programming; its titles can be found at the Ring of Honor article.
As of November28, 2025, 10 wrestlers hold AEW's championships (including one double champion and one triple champion). This list includes the number of times the wrestler has held the title, the date and location of the win, and a description of the winning bout.
The American professional wrestling promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW) promotes several professional wrestling championships for its men's and women's divisions. AEW often broadcasts championship matches on their weekly television programs— Wednesday Night Dynamite and Saturday Night Collision —as well as television specials. Championship defenses also occur at the promotion's periodic pay-per-view events.
At the top of AEW's championship hierarchy for male wrestlers is the AEW World Championship. It is held by two-time champion Samoa Joe, who defeated "Hangman" Adam Page in a Steel Cage match at Full Gear on November 22, 2025. [1]
The secondary title for male wrestlers is the AEW International Championship, which can be defended in other promotions globally. It is held by first-time champion Kazuchika Okada, who defeated Kenny Omega at All In on July 12, 2025, in a Winner Takes All Unification match in which Okada defended the Continental Championship, subsequently becoming the Unified Champion. [2]
The AEW TNT Championship, the AEW Continental Championship, and the AEW National Championship all serve as tertiary level titles. The TNT Championship is a television championship, while the Continental Championship is defended under Continental Rules in which matches have a 20-minute time limit and no one is allowed at ringside and outside interference is strictly prohibited, and similar to the International title, the National Championship can be defended in other promotions across the United States. The TNT Championship is held by first-time champion Mark Briscoe, who defeated Kyle Fletcher in a no disqualification match at Full Gear on November 22, 2025; had Briscoe lost the match, he would have been forced to join Fletcher in the Don Callis Family. [3] The Continental Championship is held by first-time champion Kazuchika Okada, who defeated Eddie Kingston on Dynamite on March 20, 2024. [4] The National Championship is held by Ricochet, who became the inaugural champion by pinning Kevin Knight in a 12-man Casino Gauntlet match at Full Gear on November 22, 2025. [5]
The AEW Unified Championship is the unification of the Continental and International titles, although both titles maintain their individual lineages while the Unified title also has its own lineage. It was described as being on a similar hierarchal level as the AEW World Championship. It is held by Kazuchika Okada, the Continental Champion who defeated International Champion Kenny Omega in a Winner Takes All Unification match at All In on July 12, 2025, to become the inaugural Unified Champion. Since Okada won as the Continental Champion, the Unified Championship is contested under the same Continental Rules. [6]
The AEW World Tag Team Championship is AEW's traditional tag team title, being contested by teams of two wrestlers. It is held by record-tying three-time champions FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood). They defeated Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) at Full Gear on November 22, 2025. [7]
The AEW World Trios Championship is a six-man tag team championship, contested by teams of three wrestlers, referred to as trios. It is held by first-time champions The Opps (Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Katsuyori Shibata), who defeated the Death Riders (Claudio Castagnoli, Wheeler Yuta, and Jon Moxley) [a] at Dynamite: Spring BreakThru on April 16, 2025. [8]
A male wrestler who has won the World, World Tag Team, and World Trios Championships is considered to have won the AEW Triple Crown. A wrestler who has won the three aforementioned titles plus the International Championship, in no particular order, is considered to have won the AEW Grand Slam.
At the top of AEW's championship hierarchy for female wrestlers is the AEW Women's World Championship. It is held by first-time champion Kris Statlander, who defeated Thekla, Jamie Hayter, and previous champion "Timeless" Toni Storm in a four-way match at All Out on September 20, 2025. [9]
The secondary title for female wrestlers is the AEW TBS Championship, which is also a television championship. It is held by first-time champion Mercedes Moné, who defeated Willow Nightingale at Double or Nothing on May 26, 2024. [10]
The upcoming tag team title is the AEW Women's World Tag Team Championship. It was unveiled during the September 24, 2025, episode of Dynamite with the inaugural champions to be determined via a tournament. [11]
