The AEW TNT Championship is a men's professional wrestling television championship created and promoted by the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Established on March 30, 2020, it is named after the TNT television network, which currently airs AEW's weekly programs, Collision and Rampage , as well as the promotion's Battle of the Belts quarterly television specials.

Overall, there have been 23 reigns between 12 champions and one vacancy. Cody Rhodes, then known simply as Cody, was the inaugural champion. He is also tied with Sammy Guevara and Wardlow for the most reigns at three each. Darby Allin's first reign is the longest at 186 days and he also has the longest combined reign at 214 days, while Adam Copeland's first reign is the shortest at 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Allin is also the youngest champion at the age of 27, while Copeland is the oldest at 50 years, 142 days.

The current champion is Jack Perry, who is in his first reign. He won the vacant title by defeating Konosuke Takeshita, Mark Briscoe, Dante Martin, Lio Rush, and El Phantasmo in a ladder match at Forbidden Door on June 30, 2024; previous champion Adam Copeland was stripped of the title due to injury.

The 2019 Full Gear was the inaugural Full Gear professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It took place on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, Maryland. The name of the event was a reference to a Being The Elite segment that was also titled "Full Gear." The event aired through traditional PPV outlets, as well as on B/R Live in North America and FITE TV internationally. This event became the first non-WWE pay-per-view held at this venue since The Great American Bash in 2000 in what was then Baltimore Arena.

It was held on August 10, 2022, at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota, encompassing the broadcasts of AEW's weekly television programs, Wednesday Night Dynamite and Friday Night Rampage. Dynamite aired live on TBS while Rampage aired on tape delay on August 12 on TNT. The event's name is in reference to it taking place in Minneapolis, which is known for its many lakes.
