Tribhuvan International Airport is an international airport located in Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal. It has a tabletop runway, a domestic terminal and an international terminal. As the country's main international airport, it connects Nepal to over 40 destinations in 17 countries. The airport is designed in a shape of an airplane when looked from above. The runway extending from the nose to the tail, with the terminal buildings aligned along the fuselage. The distinct shape is visible after takeoff, and while hovering.

Tenzing-Hillary Airport, also known as Lukla Airport, is a domestic airport and altiport in the town of Lukla, in Khumbu Pasanglhamu, Solukhumbu District, Koshi Province of Nepal. It gained worldwide fame as it was rated the most dangerous airport in the world for more than 20 years by a program titled Most Extreme Airports, broadcast on The History Channel in 2010.

Sita Air is an airline based in Kathmandu, Nepal, operating domestic services within Nepal. The airline was established in 2003. The airline's main base is Tribhuvan International Airport with hubs at Pokhara Airport and Nepalgunj Airport.

Agni Air Pvt. Ltd. was an airline based in Kathmandu, operating domestic services within Nepal. It started operations in March 2006. The airline ceased operations in November 2012.

Shree Airlines Pvt. Ltd. is an airline based in Kathmandu, Nepal, operating domestic services within Nepal, including chartered helicopter flights.The airline also conducts charter and non-charter flights to remote parts of the country and offers cargo charter services. As of 2024, Shree Airlines is the third largest domestic carrier in Nepal by passenger carried and third largest by fleet size, after Buddha Air.

Dolpa Airport, also known as Juphal Airport is a domestic airport located in Juphal, Thuli Bheri serving Dolpa District, a district in Karnali Province in Nepal. It is the only airport of the district.

Nepalgunj Airport is a domestic airport serving Nepalgunj, in Banke District, a district in Lumbini Province in Nepal. There are plans by the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal to promote the airport to an international airport and establishing immigration, customs and quarantine facilities.

Simikot Airport is a domestic airport located in Simikot serving Humla District, a district in Karnali Province in Nepal. It is the main tourist gateway on the Nepalese side to the Mount Kailash and Lake Manasarovar. As road access in this area of Nepal is weak, the airport facilitates travel in the whole district of Humla.

Tara Air Pvt. Ltd. is an airline headquartered in Kathmandu, Nepal. It is a subsidiary of Yeti Airlines. Tara Air was formed in 2009 using aircraft from the Yeti Airlines fleet and is based at Tribhuvan International Airport, with a secondary hub at Nepalgunj Airport. The airline operates scheduled flights and air charter services with a fleet of STOL aircraft, previously provided by Yeti Airlines. Its operations focus on serving remote and mountainous airports and airstrips.

Soder Aviation Oy is a defunct Finnish airline, virtual airline and internet booking agency based in Tampere, Finland. Its CEO was Tapani Yli-Saunamäki. Its main base was at Tampere-Pirkkala Airport (TMP), Tampere. An additional base was established in early 2006 at Helsinki-Vantaa International Airport, since there were no routes to or from Tampere at that time.

Summit Air, formerly known as Goma Air, is an airline based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The airline operates from short takeoff and landing airstrips in the Western parts of Nepal. The airline received the first of two Let 410 aircraft, financed by the Czech Republic Export Bank., in October 2014, and initially only used them on flights to Lukla and Jomsom.

Baglung Airport, also known as Balewa Airport, is a domestic airport serving Baglung, a municipality located in the western region of Gandaki Province of Nepal.
