Boeing Field, officially King County International Airport, is a public airport owned and operated by King County, five miles south of downtown Seattle, Washington. The airport is sometimes referred to as KCIA, but it is not the airport identifier. The airport has scheduled passenger service operated by Kenmore Air, a commuter air carrier, and was being served by JSX with regional jet flights. It is also a hub for UPS Airlines. It is also used by other cargo airlines and general aviation aircraft. The airfield is named for founder of Boeing, William E. Boeing, and was constructed in 1928, serving as the city's primary airport until the opening of Seattle–Tacoma International Airport in 1944. The airport's property is mostly in Seattle just south of Georgetown, with its southern tip extending into Tukwila. The airport covers 634 acres (257 ha), averages more than 180,000 operations annually, and has approximately 380 based aircraft.

Air Mandalay was a regional airline based in Yangon. Its main base was Yangon International Airport. In early April 2015, two newly leased Embraer ERJ 145 jets joined its fleet.

Air Thanlwin is an airline based in Yangon, Myanmar, offering scheduled and chartered domestic flights from its base at Yangon International Airport. The airline was founded in 1996 as Yangon Airways and operated under that name until it rebranded as Air Thanlwin in October 2019.

Air Bagan Limited was an airline headquartered in Bahan Township, Yangon, Myanmar. It operated domestic scheduled services within Myanmar, as well as to Thailand. Its main bases were Yangon International Airport and Mandalay International Airport.

The 1975 Southeast Asian Peninsular Games, officially known as the 8th Southeast Asian Peninsular Games, was a Southeast Asian multi-sport event held in Bangkok, Thailand from 9 to 16 December 1975. This was the third time Thailand hosted the games, and its first time since 1967. Previously, Thailand also hosted the 1959 inaugural games. South Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, which only sent token squads made up of military personnel to previous games, declined to participate due to internal political problems. These were the last games to bear the Southeast Asian Peninsular Games name before it was renamed the Southeast Asian Games. The games were opened and closed by the King of Thailand, Bhumibol Adulyadej, at Suphalachasai Stadium. The final medal tally was led by Thailand, followed by Singapore, Burma and Malaysia.

Myanmar Airways International Co., Ltd. is a privately owned airline headquartered in Yangon, Myanmar. It operates scheduled international services to destinations mainly in Southeast Asia and is based at Yangon International Airport. Myanmar Airways International was the sponsor of the 2013 Southeast Asian Games. MAI's logo shows pyinsarupa, a traditional Burmese chimeric animal.

Ka Hsaw Wa is a Burmese human rights activist. He is a member of the Karen indigenous group. Along with his wife, environmental and human rights attorney Katie Redford, he is the co-founder and co-director of EarthRights International (ERI), an organization that focuses on human rights in Burma and other areas "where protection of human rights and the environment is intrinsically connected." Ka Hsaw Wa and Katie Redford have two young children.

Metis TransPacific Charter Airlines was a supposed airline service based in Macau, China. It was to provide commercial air service between Macau and Vancouver BC, Canada. The air service never did launch, claiming lack of available aircraft with the ability to fulfill the transpacific flights on a non-stop flight path, in the market at startup (2006/2007).

The Myanmar Badminton Federation is the badminton organization of Myanmar. It was founded in the late 1950s and later on it became a member of the Badminton World Federation and the Badminton Asia Confederation. The MBF's main court is located in 320/332, Anawrahta Street West Gymnasium, Lanmadaw Township, Yangon, Myanmar.

Air L.A., a wholly owned subsidiary of Air L.A. Inc was a U.S. commuter airline headquartered in the Westchester area of Los Angeles, California. It was founded by Wayne Schoenfeld, Ken Dickey and Bill Wolf. It discontinued operations in California in May, 1995. It ceased all operations in September 1995.

Aydın Çıldır Airport is an airport located southeast of the city of Aydın, in the Aydın Province of Turkey. DHMI has transferred the operation of this airport to Turkish Airlines for 20 years on 20 June 2012 after a public tender. Turkish Airlines Flight Academy has operated a flying school here since June 2013.
