Anwar Bakht Choudhury is a British diplomat of Bangladeshi origin. Through his career, he has served as Governor of the Cayman Islands, British Ambassador to Peru, Director of International Institutions at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and British High Commissioner to Bangladesh. Choudhury has spent much of his life working intimately with the British Bangladeshi community, cementing himself as a respected figure through his many public appearances and charitable work.

He was appointed Bangladesh's ambassador to the Federative Republic of Brazil in 2014 and high commissioner to the Court of St James's in the United Kingdom from 2012 to 2014. He was previously the Bangladeshi ambassador to the Russian Federation and served as high commissioner to the Maldives prior to his posting to Moscow.

Saida Muna Tasneem is a Bangladeshi diplomat who has served as High Commissioner of Bangladesh to the United Kingdom and Ambassador to Ireland and Liberia from November 2018 to September 2024. She is the first woman to hold these positions. She is the incumbent First Vice-President to the International Maritime Organization (IMO) since January 2024. She was formerly the High Commissioner to Thailand and Cambodia and Bangladesh's representative to the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific.
