Globe Telecom, Inc., commonly shortened as Globe, is a major provider of telecommunications services in the Philippines. The company operates the largest mobile network in the Philippines and one of the largest fixed-line and broadband networks. As of November 2023, Globe has 54.7 million subscribers, making it the second largest network in terms of subscriber base.

He is the managing director and CEO of First Pacific Company Limited, a Hong Kong–based investment management and holding company with operations in the Asia-Pacific region. Pangilinan is also the First Pacific's chairman for the group's investments in the Philippines, such as the Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, PLDT, and Philex Mining Corporation. He is the chairman Emeritus of the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) and was its first president, having served two consecutive terms from 2007 to 2018.
JG Summit Holdings, Inc. (JGSHI) is one of the largest conglomerates in the Philippines with business interests in air transportation, banking, food manufacturing, hotels, petrochemicals, power generation, publishing, real estate and property development, and telecommunications. Key subsidiaries include Universal Robina and Cebu Pacific. Incorporated in November 1990, JG Summit Holdings was founded by John Gokongwei Jr., one of the wealthiest individuals in Southeast Asia. In 2010, JGSHI was one of the ten most profitable companies on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Chikka, short for Chikka Text Messenger, was an Internet-based instant messaging application that supported free SMS or text messaging between online users and offline mobile subscribers. Chikka was released by Chikka Philippines, Inc. in 2000 and eventually established its connection with the country's network operators Smart Communications (2001), Globe Telecom (2002) and Sun Cellular (2004). With up to billions of messages being exchanged between online and mobile communities worldwide through Chikka, it is probably the world's first commercially successful integration of web and mobile utilities.

MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. is a Philippine media company based in Mandaluyong. It is involved in radio and television broadcasting, as well as direct-to-home satellite services and print media. Though an affiliate of telecommunications company PLDT, MediaQuest is owned by the former's Beneficial Trust Fund, a retirement pension plan funded through its Philippine Depository Receipts. PLDT does not directly own any media property as the current 1987 Constitution states that media companies should be 100% owned by Filipinos and the company's major shareholders include foreign entities such as First Pacific, and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone.
Aksyon TV was a Philippine free-to-air television network. It was a joint venture of Nation Broadcasting Corporation and TV5 Network, Inc., both under PLDT media arm MediaQuest Holdings. Its programs were primarily produced by TV5's divisions News5 and ESPN5. AksyonTV formerly broadcasts terrestrially through DWNB-TV in Metro Manila, as well as on UHF channel 29 in Cebu, Davao and other relay stations, and on a digital subchannel via channel 5.2 in Metro Manila. It occupies the frequency previously used by MTV Philippines, a subsidiary of MTV Networks Asia Pacific from 2001 until 2006.
Sky Cable Corporation, doing business as Sky, is a Filipino telecommunications company based in Diliman, Quezon City. A subsidiary of the media conglomerate ABS-CBN Corporation, the company offers broadband, cable and satellite television services under the Sky Cable and Sky Direct brands. The company was founded on June 6, 1990 by Benpres Holdings Corporation as Central CATV, Inc.
TV5 Network Inc., commonly known as TV5, is a Philippine media company based in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is primarily involved in radio and television broadcasting and encompasses a range of subsidiaries and affiliates engaged in various media-related businesses. TV5 is owned by MediaQuest Holdings, an investee company of Philippine telecommunications giant PLDT through its Beneficial Trust Fund. It is headed by business tycoon Manuel V. Pangilinan.
Vega Telecom Inc. is a Filipino telecommunications company jointly owned by Globe Telecom and PLDT. It was established as a holding company of San Miguel Corporation for its various telecommunications investments. In separate statements on May 30, 2016, Globe Telecom and PLDT each acquired half of Vega Telecom from San Miguel Corporation for P69.1 billion. The acquisition entailed P52.08 billion for 100% equity interest in Vega Telecom and the assumption of around P17.02 billion of liabilities. The deal was closed on May 30, 2017.

Sari-Sari Channel is a 24-hour general entertainment channel under a joint venture between Cignal TV and Viva Communications. Named after the Philippine sari-sari store, it offers a smorgasbord of shows from the portfolios of Viva TV and TV5. The channel's content include archive shows and movies from Viva Television and Viva Films, original movies from Studio5, the film production arm of TV5 Network and in-house original productions in partnership of the latter's talents.
One Sports is a Philippine free-to-air television network owned by Nation Broadcasting Corporation (NBC) and jointly operated by TV5 Network, Inc., both subsidiaries of MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. media arm of PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund. One Sports is currently carried through analog via DWNB UHF TV Channel 41 in Metro Manila and other relay and affiliate stations nationwide, and as a digital television subchannel in select areas of the country. It operates Mondays to Saturdays from 5:00 AM to 12:00 MN and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM, as well as on truncated hours during the Paschal Triduum or 24/7 during the 2024 Summer Olympics. However, starting Holy Week 2024, it continues to sign off from Maundy Thursday from 12:00 mn to Easter Sunday at 6:00 am.
Cignal TV, Inc., also known by its legal trading name Mediascape Inc., is a Filipino media and telecommunications firm in the Philippines. A wholly owned subsidiary of the media company MediaQuest Holdings under the PLDT Beneficial Trust Fund, the firm operates its pay television services, subscription television networks, television and film entertainment production, and fiber broadband internet.
NBA TV Philippines is a Philippine pay television sports-oriented network owned by MediaQuest Holdings through its subsidiary Cignal TV. The channel is a joint venture between Cignal and NBA TV and is a live simulcast broadcast of NBA TV, the league's dedicated channel in the United States.
