Radio Philippines Network, Inc. (RPN) is a Philippine television and radio company based in Quezon City. It is currently owned through majority share by Nine Media Corporation of the ALC Group of Companies; along with other stakeholders Presidential Communications Office (PCO) and Far East Managers and Investors Inc., and private sector. The network's main offices and transmitter is located at Panay Avenue, Brgy. South Triangle also in Quezon City. Founded by Roberto Benedicto and prior to its privatization, it was the sister station of current government owned and controlled Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation and formerly an attached agency of the now-PCO, despite having 20% minority stake in ownership.

TV5 serves as the flagship property of TV5 Network, Inc., which is owned by MediaQuest Holdings, the multimedia arm of telecommunications conglomerate PLDT. The network is commonly referred to as "The Kapatid Network", using the Filipino term for "sibling", a branding introduced in 2010.

Its headquarters are located at the Ground Floor of the Worldwide Corporate Center, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue corner Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong, sharing with its former parent Solar Entertainment.
Nine Media News and Current Affairs was the news and public affairs production arm and sole division of the media company Nine Media Corporation leasing the airtime of Radio Philippines Network. The division was in charge of production of local news and content of Nine Media's television brands Talk TV, Solar News Channel, 9TV, and CNN Philippines. 9News ceased identifying themselves explicitly under such brand when the channel was launched as CNN Philippines on March 16, 2015. The division itself was dissolved following the closure of the channel on January 31, 2024 due to financial losses.

It operates Mondays to Saturdays from 6:00 AM to 12:00 MN and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM. as well as on truncated hours during the Paschal Triduum. However, starting Holy Week 2024, it continues to sign off from Maundy Thursday from 12:00 mn to Easter Sunday at 6:00 am.
