DXET (106.7 FM), on-air as 106.7 True FM, is a radio station owned by Interactive Broadcast Media and operated by Nation Broadcasting Corporation, a sister company of TV5 Network Inc. (which was the station's original owner until its divestment in 2010). The station's studio and transmitter are located at the TV5 Heights, Broadcast Avenue, Shrine Hills, Matina, Davao City. [1]

The station was launched by TV5's predecessor ABC Development Corporation, on July 8, 1993, as Kool 106. It initially carried a hot adult contemporary format, but shifted to a mainstream Top 40 format in 1995. In September 2004, it rebranded as Dream FM and switched to a smooth jazz format.

After PLDT's media subsidiary MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. acquired TV5 and its affiliate ABC television stations from the consortium led by the Cojuangco group and Malaysian media conglomerate Media Prima Berhad in March 2010, Dream FM and its regional stations were spun off to become Dream FM Network, led by former ABC stockholder Anton Lagdameo. The ownership of the stations was transferred to Interactive Broadcast Media, after Cojuangco acquired a non-controlling share of the company. On June 30, 2011, all Dream FM stations ceased operations.

In February 2022, the Digos City government took over the station's operations and launched it as Radyo Digoseño. It transferred its operations from Shrine Hills, Matina in Davao City to Magsaysay Street in Digos. Radyo Digoseño concluded operations on the station on October 31, 2024, though the Digos city government has yet to lay out future plans for its media operations. For now, they are still continuing their broadcast through their official Facebook page.

On November 1, 2024, it began simulcasting 101.9 FM, as part of its transition to the newly established True Network. True FM's operations permanently transferred to this frequency on November 4; hence rebranding the station as 106.7 True FM. [2] [3] [4] The station's operation was consequently returned to Shrine Hills, Davao City. This marks the return of TV5's operations on 106.7 FM after 14 years, since Dream FM was acquired by Interactive Broadcast Media as its divestment in 2010, albeit as an airtime lease operator.
