TV5 is commonly referred to as "The 'Kapatid' Network", using the Filipino term for "sibling", a branding introduced in 2010.

However, starting Holy Week 2024, it continues to sign off from Maundy Thursday from 12:00 mn to Easter Sunday at 6:00 am.
