TV5 is a major Philippine free-to-air television and radio network headquartered in Mandaluyong, with additional studios in Novaliches, Quezon City. It serves as the flagship network of TV5 Network, Inc, which is owned by MediaQuest Holdings, the multimedia subsidiary of the telecommunications conglomerate PLDT. TV5 is popularly known as "The 'Kapatid' Network", employing the Filipino term for "sibling", a branding that was introduced in 2010.

MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. is a Philippine media company based in Mandaluyong. It is involved in radio and television broadcasting, as well as direct-to-home satellite services and print media. Though an affiliate of telecommunications company PLDT, MediaQuest is owned by the former's Beneficial Trust Fund, a retirement pension plan funded through its Philippine Depository Receipts. PLDT does not directly own any media property as the current 1987 Constitution states that media companies should be 100% owned by Filipinos and the company's major shareholders include foreign entities such as First Pacific, and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone.
Aksyon TV was a Philippine free-to-air television network. It was a joint venture of Nation Broadcasting Corporation and TV5 Network, Inc., both under PLDT media arm MediaQuest Holdings. Its programs were primarily produced by TV5's divisions News5 and ESPN5. AksyonTV formerly broadcasts terrestrially through DWNB-TV in Metro Manila, as well as on UHF channel 29 in Cebu, Davao and other relay stations, and on a digital subchannel via channel 5.2 in Metro Manila. It occupies the frequency previously used by MTV Philippines, a subsidiary of MTV Networks Asia Pacific from 2001 until 2006.
The PBA on One Sports is the branding for presentation of the Philippine Basketball Association basketball games which started since the 2011-12 season. Telecasts are produced by One Sports, the sports division of TV5 Network Inc., and aired through One Sports and PBA Rush, with simulcast and livestreaming on Cignal Play, Pilipinas Live and Smart LiveStream. Also, there is a separate coverage in English commentary on PBA Rush since July 15, 2016.

One News is a 24-hour Philippine pay television and news channel owned by MediaQuest Holdings through its subsidiary Cignal TV. It was launched in May 2018 exclusively on satellite provider Cignal. One News is the first MediaQuest channel launched under the One branding, along with the free TV sports channel One Sports, cable sports channel One Sports+, Filipino-language news channel One PH, lifestyle portal One Life, and now-defunct premium entertainment channel One Screen.

One Sports is currently carried through analog via DWNB UHF TV Channel 41 in Metro Manila and other relay and affiliate stations nationwide, and as a digital television subchannel in select areas of the country. It operates Mondays to Saturdays from 5:00 AM to 12:00 MN and Sundays from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM, as well as on truncated hours during the Paschal Triduum or 24/7 during the 2024 Summer Olympics. However, starting Holy Week 2024, it continues to sign off from Maundy Thursday from 12:00 mn to Easter Sunday at 6:00 am.

BuKo (Buhay Komedya) is a Philippine pay television channel owned by MediaQuest Holdings, Inc. through Cignal TV, in partnership with APT Entertainment based in Mandaluyong. The name is derived after Buko, a Filipino word for coconut. The channel consists of comedic-entertainment programs for gag, sitcoms and variety shows, dubbed as the country's first local comedy channel. It was first announced in November 2019 and made its official launch on August 2, 2021, exclusively on satellite providers Cignal and SatLite.
