EatBulaga! is a Philippine television variety show broadcast by Radio Philippines Network, ABS-CBN, GMA Network and TV5. Originally hosted by Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Chiqui Hollmann and Richie D'Horsie, it premiered on Radio Philippines Network on July 30, 1979 on the network's afternoon line up. The show moved to ABS-CBN on February 18, 1989 and later on GMA Network on January 28, 1995. By 2024, TV5 airs the show. It is the longest-running variety show in the Philippines. The show is currently produced by TVJ Productions, Inc. and hosted by Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto, Joey de Leon, Jose Manalo, Allan K., Wally Bayola, Paolo Ballesteros, Pauleen Luna, Ryan Agoncillo, Ryzza Mae Dizon, Maine Mendoza, Miles Ocampo, Carren Eistrup, Atasha Muhlach and Singing Queens.

Her rise to fame is often described as phenomenal and unconventional due to the unscripted forming of AlDub love team in Eat Bulaga! on July 16, 2015, where she was paired with Alden Richards. AlDub is a portmanteau of Richards' first name and Mendoza's character in "Kalyeserye". Beyond Eat Bulaga!, Mendoza featured in the 2015 film My Bebe Love: #KiligPaMore, for which she won Best Supporting Actress at the 41st Metro Manila Film Festival. She was the lead actress in the 2016 film Imagine You & Me, where she also wrote and sang its theme song. In October 2017, she released her first autobiographical book entitled Yup, I Am That Girl., which is an unfiltered version of her personal blog Pessimistic Optimist Bella.
AlDub was a love team which originated from the Kalyeserye portion of the "Juan for All, All for Juan" segment of the variety show Eat Bulaga! The name was derived from a portmanteau of the name of the two characters in Kalyeserye, namely Filipino actor Alden Richards, who portrays a fictionalized version of himself, and Yaya Dub, portrayed by Dubsmash Queen personality and socialite actress Maine Mendoza, who initially does not talk and interacts through lip-syncing.

Richards is usually based in Broadway Centrum studio of Eat Bulaga! in Quezon City, Metro Manila while Mendoza travels around to a different external location.

A deviation from a beauty-queen wave gesture, it was exchanged between Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza after its initiation by the latter's character, Yaya Dub. Now popular among Filipinos, it also caught the attention of the world through several media platforms. The gesture is similar to an earlier British gesture – the royal wave, used to mock the waving of the royal family.

That's My Bae was a Filipino dance group formed in the That's My Bae: "Twerk It" Dance Contest segment of the noontime variety show Eat Bulaga!, and officially debuted on August 24, 2015, and officially disbanded in May 2019. The group is composed of six members: Kim Last, Kenneth Medrano, Joel Palencia, Tommy Peñaflor, Jon Timmons and Miggy Tolentino. Originally, it was a seven-piece group.

The main plot of the television film drama revolves around the effects of clinical depression to a person. Eat Bulaga! also released the whole television film on its official YouTube channel under Creative Commons Attribution License and distributed by GMA Pictures.
Trip Ubusan: The Lolas vs. Zombies is a 2017 Filipino zombie comedy film directed by Mark A. Reyes, starring Jose Manalo, Wally Bayola, and Paolo Ballesteros. It is a spin-off film of the Kalyeserye segment of Eat Bulaga!, a Philippine variety show. The film's name is a play on the title of the 2016 South Korean film Train to Busan and the 2009 tower defense game Plants vs. Zombies. It is under the production of M-Zet Productions, to be part of APT Entertainment, and was released in Philippine cinemas on November 22, 2017. The movie was distributed by GMA Network.
"Tamang Panahon" is a benefit concert and a special episode of Eat Bulaga! that aired live on television in the Philippines and other countries on October 24, 2015, from the Philippine Arena. "Tamang Panahon" was part of the "Kalyeserye" portion of Eat Bulaga! and highlighted the no-restrictions meeting of the love team of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza, known as AlDub. The event experienced high demand immediately after the concert's announcement, with ticket sales amounting to ₱14 million. All of the proceeds went to the construction of libraries that benefited schools in the Philippines and the Lumad.
