Radio Philippines Network, Inc. (RPN) is a Philippine television and radio company based in Quezon City. It is currently owned through majority share by Nine Media Corporation of the ALC Group of Companies; along with the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), Far East Managers and Investors Inc., and other private sectors. The network's main offices and flagship transmitter is located at Panay Avenue, Brgy. South Triangle also in Quezon City. Founded by James Lindenberg, and prior to its privatization, it was the sister network of current government owned and controlled Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation; both networks were sequestered after the 1986 People Power Revolution, and formerly an attached agency of the now-PCO, which retained 20% of RPN's non-controlling shares following privatization.
SolarFlix is a Philippine free-to-air television network owned by the Southern Broadcasting Network subsidiary of Solar Entertainment Corporation. Its digital free-to-air broadcast is carried by SBN's flagship station, DWCP-DTV in Metro Manila. The channel's analog broadcast is fed on its lone provincial TV station, DXSS-TV in Davao City. The channel is also carried by cable and satellite providers, including Sky Cable, Destiny Cable, Cablelink, Binangonan Cable TV Corporation, Cignal, SatLite, and G Sat along with various provincial cable operators and through online streaming.

The program premiered on June 1, 1970 to until October 29, 2012, replacing Eyewitness Reports and was replaced by CNN Philippines Network News, CNN Philippines Nightly News and Updates. It is the longest-running English-language news broadcasting show of RPN.
CNN Philippines Sports Desk is a Philippine television sports news broadcasting show broadcast by Solar Sports, Solar News Channel, 9TV and CNN Philippines. Originally anchored by Jinno Rufino, it aired on Solar Sports from 2004 to 2007 and from December 3, 2012 to September 26, 2014. The show moved to Solar News Channel, 9TV and CNN Philippines from December 3, 2012 to January 26, 2024, and was replaced by Starting Lineup on RPTV's evening timeslot. Andrei Felix serve as the final anchor. Sports Desk airs on weekdays at 10am and 10pm, with a weekend recap edition on Saturdays at 12:30pm. on May 1, 2023, the show will air on Primetime Weeknights at 8:30 pm.

Antonio Cabangon-Chua through its indirect grandparent Broadreach Media Holdings, Inc. Its headquarters are located at the Ground Floor of the Worldwide Corporate Center, Epifanio de los Santos Avenue corner Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong, sharing with its former parent Solar Entertainment.
Nine Media News and Current Affairs was the news and public affairs production arm and sole division of the media company Nine Media Corporation, leasing airtime from Southern Broadcasting Network (2011–2013) and Radio Philippines Network (2012–2024). The division produced the local news and content of Nine Media's television brands Talk TV, Solar News Channel, 9TV, and CNN Philippines. 9News stopped using this brand when the channel was launched as CNN Philippines on March 16, 2015, and the division was finally dissolved following the closure of the channel on January 31, 2024 due to financial losses.

Anchored by Pia Hontiveros for weekdays and Mai Rodriguez for weekends. It aired from June 18, 2012 to March 26, 2017, replacing RPN NewsWatch and was replaced by News Night and Newsroom Weekend. The newscast aired seven days a week at 6:00 PM (PST).

Originally anchored by Nancy Irlanda, it aired from July 16, 2012 to February 12, 2016, replacing RPN NewsCap and was replaced by CNN Philippines Newsroom. The newscast aired every weeknights at 9:00 pm. Mitzi Borromeo serve as the final anchors.
Solar News Channel (SNC) was a major commercial television network in the Philippines, owned by Solar Entertainment Corporation's arm television subsidiary of Solar Television Network lease with its owner by Radio Philippines Network. Its flagship television station was DZKB-TV channel 9 in Mega Manila and other regional stations in the Philippines. The station was operational 18 hours a day from 6:00 AM to midnight on free TV, while being available 24 hours on cable, satellite and internet TV providers.

RPTV was established through a content distribution, sales, and marketing agreement between TV5 and Nine Media. Under this arrangement, TV5 provides programming and related services to Nine Media through its existing airtime lease agreement with RPN.
