This is a list of beaches in Jamaica . There are over 50 public beaches in Jamaica. Some make an entry charge (for use of facilities) and have security guards. Many sea-front hotels are able to control access to what is effectively their private beach. They may, for a fee, allow non-residents to gain access and use their facilities.

St. James is a suburban parish, located on the north-west end of the island of Jamaica in the county of Cornwall. Its capital is Montego Bay. Montego Bay was officially named the second city of Jamaica, behind Kingston, in 1981, although Montego Bay became a city in 1980 through an act of the Jamaican Parliament. The parish is the birthplace of the Right Excellent Samuel Sharpe, one of Jamaica's seven National Heroes.
Port Antonio is the capital of the parish of Portland on the northeastern coast of Jamaica, about 100 km from Kingston. It had a population of 12,285 in 1982 and 13,246 in 1991. It is the island's third largest port, famous as a shipping point for bananas and coconuts, as well as one of its most important tourist attractions, tourism being a major contributor to the town's economy.

Discovery Bay is a town in Saint Ann Parish on the northern coast of Jamaica. The city is also known locally as Dry Harbour, and gives its name to the Dry Harbour Mountains in St. Ann. There is a dispute as to whether Christopher Columbus first landed in Discovery Bay or Sevilla la Nueva in 1494. Near to the city are Puerto Seco Beach and several historic sites, such as the Green Grotto Caves and Columbus Park. Visitors to the Green Grotto Caves can see relics of the native Taíno Arawak lifestyle there. It is said that many Spaniards escaped the English invasion of 1655 through secret passages in the caves with the help of Arawaks and African slaves, in exchange for the slaves' freedom.

Runaway Bay is a town in Saint Ann Parish on the northern coast of Jamaica and is considered one of the most naturally beautiful places on the island. It is a notable tourist destination located 16 km (9.9 mi) west of Ocho Rios, and slightly east of Discovery Bay, where Christopher Columbus landed in 1494. Ocean View Beach is a private beach situated at Runaway Bay. It consists of a series of hotel resort complexes and beaches.
Bull Bay is an area located on the southeast coast of Jamaica, 10 miles (16 km) to the east of Kingston on the border between St Andrew and St Thomas, beside Cow Bay. According to folklore, both bays were so named because cattle once roamed the whole area and were slaughtered to provide food for buccaneers and English colonists. Industry in the area includes quarrying for gypsum.
Bodega Head State Marine Reserve (SMR) and Bodega Head State Marine Conservation Area (SMCA) are two adjoining marine protected areas off Bodega Bay in Sonoma County on California’s north-central coast. The combined area of these marine protected areas is 21.64 square miles (56.0 km2), with 9.3 square miles (24 km2) in the SMR, and 12.34 square miles (32.0 km2) in the SMCA. Bodega Head SMR prohibits the take of all living marine resources. Bodega Head SMCA prohibits the take of all living marine resources, except the recreational and commercial take of pelagic finfish with troll fishing gear or seine, Dungeness crab by trap, and market squid by hand-held dip net and round haul net.
Edinburgh Castle, an estate and now ruined great house in Saint Ann, was built by Jamaica's earliest recorded serial killer, Lewis Hutchinson. It had two circular, loopholed towers diagonally at opposite corners. The ruins are on the list of National Heritage Sites in Jamaica.
Manchioneal is a settlement in Portland, Jamaica. It has a population of 2,292 as of 2009. It is located towards the eastern end in Portland Parish. The town got its name from the Manchioneel tree, a plant located exclusively along the coastline in the community. The major sources of income for residents are fishing and farming. The community has a bay known as Manchioneal Bay, where fishing boats can be seen anchored along the shore. The community includes a school, a post office, a police station and several churches. Major attractions in close proximity include Reach Falls and other nearby beaches.
Hellshire Hills is a region of dry limestone hills in Saint Catherine Parish, Jamaica, which forms part of the Portland Bight Protected Area.
