Boutros Ghali was an Egyptian politican, who served as the Prime Minister of Egypt from 1908 to 1910.
A ministry of finance is a ministry or other government agency in charge of government finance, fiscal policy, and financial regulation. It is headed by a finance minister, an executive or cabinet position.

Abdel Latif Baghdadi was an Egyptian politician, senior air force officer, and judge. An original member of the Free Officers Movement which overthrew the monarchy in Egypt in the 1952 Revolution, Boghdadi later served as Gamal Abdel Nasser's vice president. The French author Jean Lacouture called Boghdadi "a robust manager" who only lacked "stature comparable to Nasser's." The two leaders had a falling out over Nasser's increasingly socialist and pro-USSR policies and Boghdadi subsequently withdrew from political life in 1964, although he mended ties with Nasser before the latter's death in 1970.

Hazem El Beblawi is an Egyptian economist and politician who was interim prime minister of Egypt from 2013 until 1 March 2014. Previously he served as deputy prime minister and minister of finance in 2011. After the ouster of President Mohammed Morsi and his government in July 2013, Beblawi was named interim prime minister. On 24 February 2014, Beblawi announced his resignation.
Sherif Ismail was an Egyptian engineer and politician who served as the prime minister of Egypt from 2015 to 2018. He was also the minister of petroleum and mineral resources from 2013 to 2015.
The Egyptian Ministry of Defense is the ministry responsible for the Egyptian Armed Forces organization and manages its affairs and maintains its facilities. It also handles the affairs of colleges and military recruitment, mobilization and management of veterans and military factories in Egypt through the Armed Forces Management and Administration Agency. It was established in 1879 in the Khedivate of Egypt and was then called the Ministry of War, until it was renamed to the Ministry of Defense on 14 May 1971. Egypt's Ministry of Defense is based in Cairo and the headquarters is called The Octagon, located in the New Administrative Capital.
Yahya Ibrahim (1861–1936) was an Egyptian politician. He served as the 16th prime minister of Egypt from March 15, 1923, to January 27, 1924.

Hani Qadri Demian is an Egyptian civil servant who served as the Egypt's minister of finance to which he was first appointed in February 2014. The cabinet was led by Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab. Before serving in the post Demian was working at the finance ministry as the assistant to the minister. His term ended in 2016.
