History

In 1999, Orange County Deputy Sheriff Paul Terry visited the school and interacted with students on behalf of the Orange County Sheriff's Office. [15] In 2005, Terry murdered his 10-year-old daughter and 8-year-old son before killing himself. [16] [17] [18] This incident would later lead to national demands to include domestic violence committed by law enforcement officers in modern police reforms. [19]
