David Noel Redding was an English rock musician, best known as the bass player for the Jimi Hendrix Experience and guitarist/singer for Fat Mattress.
Electric Ladyland is the third and final studio album by the Jimi Hendrix Experience and the final studio album released in Hendrix's lifetime before his death in 1970. Released by Reprise Records in North America on October 16, 1968, and by Track Records in the UK nine days later, the double album was the only record from the band produced by Hendrix. By mid-November, it had charted at number one in the US, where it spent two weeks at the top spot. Electric Ladyland was the Experience's most commercially successful release and their only number one album. It peaked at number six in the UK, where it spent 12 weeks on the chart.

Track Records first released it in the United Kingdom in December 1, 1967, only seven months after the release of the group's highly successful debut, Are You Experienced. In the United States, Reprise Records delayed the release until the following month. The album reached the top ten in the album charts in both countries.
"Little Wing" is a song written by Jimi Hendrix and recorded by the Jimi Hendrix Experience in 1967. It is a slower tempo, rhythm and blues-inspired ballad featuring Hendrix's vocal and guitar with recording studio effects accompanied by bass, drums, and glockenspiel. Lyrically, it is one of several of his songs that reference an idealized feminine or guardian angel-like figure. At about two and a half minutes in length, it is one of his most concise and melodically-focused pieces.
George Allen "Buddy" Miles Jr., was an American rock drummer, vocalist, composer, and producer. He was a founding member of the Electric Flag (1967), a member of Jimi Hendrix's Band of Gypsys (1969–1970), founder and leader of the Buddy Miles Express and later, the Buddy Miles Band. Miles also played and recorded with Carlos Santana and others. Additionally, he sang lead vocals on the critically and commercially acclaimed "California Raisins" claymation TV commercials and recorded two California Raisins R&B albums.
"Red House" is a song written by Jimi Hendrix and one of the first songs recorded in 1966 by the Jimi Hendrix Experience. It has the musical form of a conventional twelve-bar blues and features Hendrix's guitar playing. He developed the song prior to forming the Experience and was inspired by earlier blues songs.
Hendrix in the West is a live album by Jimi Hendrix, released posthumously in January 1972 by Polydor Records (UK), and in February by Reprise Records (US). The album tracks are split between those recorded in 1969 by the Jimi Hendrix Experience with bassist Noel Redding and drummer Mitch Mitchell and in 1970 with Billy Cox and Mitchell during The Cry of Love Tour.
Kiss the Sky is a compilation album by American rock guitarist, singer–songwriter Jimi Hendrix. In the US, it was released by Reprise Records in October 1984 and by Polydor Records in the UK in November 1984. The album's title is taken from the lyrics of "Purple Haze."
Stages is a four-CD box set consisting of live performances by Jimi Hendrix covering four years of his career. Disc one is the complete September 5, 1967, concert in Stockholm. Disc two is the complete January 29, 1968 concert in Paris; this was later released on Dagger Records as part of Live in Paris & Ottawa 1968. Disc three is most of the May 24, 1969 concert in San Diego with "Foxey Lady" missing from the set. Disc four is a majority of the July 4, 1970 concert at the Atlanta International Pop Festival with five songs missing from the set. These additional five songs can be found on the album Freedom: Atlanta Pop Festival, which also presents the performance in the correct playing order.

Rainbow Bridge is a compilation album by American rock musician Jimi Hendrix. It was the second posthumous album release by his official record company and is mostly composed of recordings Hendrix made in 1969 and 1970 after the breakup of the Jimi Hendrix Experience. Despite the cover photo and subtitle Original Motion Picture Sound Track, it does not contain any songs recorded during his concert appearance for the 1971 film Rainbow Bridge.

The album contains songs from the group's performances at the L' Olympia Theatre in Paris on October 9, 1967, and the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, California, on February 4, 1968.
Live at Clark University is a posthumous live album by the Jimi Hendrix Experience, released on July 6, 1999 by Dagger Records. The album documents the band's performance at Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts on March 15, 1968. "Fire", "Red House" and "Foxey Lady", as well as the two interviews with Jimi Hendrix, were featured on the companion CD to the book Jimi Hendrix: An Illustrated Experience (2007). The album was re-released - minus the interviews - on vinyl in 2010 as part of Record Store Day.

Live at Winterland is a live album by The Jimi Hendrix Experience. It compiles performances from the band's three concerts at the Winterland Ballroom in San Francisco, where they played two shows each night on October 10, 11 and 12, 1968. The album was released posthumously by Rykodisc in 1987 and was the first Hendrix release to be specifically conceived for the compact disc format.

The album contains songs from the band's performances at the L'Olympia Theatre in Paris on January 29, 1968, and the Capitol Theatre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, on March 19, 1968.
Live at Woburn is a posthumous live album by the Jimi Hendrix Experience, released on July 28, 2009, by Dagger Records. The concert was captured from a recording made from the stage soundboard on July 6, 1968, at the Woburn Music Festival in Woburn, Bedfordshire, England.
"Bleeding Heart" is a song written and recorded by American blues musician Elmore James in 1961. Considered "among the greatest of James' songs", "Bleeding Heart" was later popularized by Jimi Hendrix, who recorded several versions of the song.
Miami Pop Festival is a posthumous live album by the Jimi Hendrix Experience, documenting their May 18, 1968 performance at the Miami Pop Festival. It features eight songs recorded during their evening performance, along with two extra songs. "Fire" and "Foxey Lady", recorded during the afternoon-show, were also released as a stereo 45 rpm single. The album was released on November 5, 2013, in conjunction with the Jimi Hendrix video documentary, Hear My Train A Comin'.
