Live in Paris, Seal's first live album, was recorded at the Olympia Theatre in Paris, France. The 2005 release was a two-disc set, containing an audio CD as well as a DVD which featured a video registration of the entire concert. Among the songs which were performed that night were Seal's hit singles "Killer" (originally written and recorded together with Adamski), "Crazy", and "Kiss from a Rose", as well as "Hey Joe", made famous by Jimi Hendrix. It charted at #88 in Sweden and #44 in France.

Hits is a 2009 compilation album by Seal, released by Warner Bros. Records. It is Seal's second compilation album following 2004's Best 1991–2004. The album was released on two formats, a one-disc standard edition featuring 19 tracks and a two-disc deluxe edition with 34 tracks. Both versions of the album included two new songs, "I Am Your Man", composed by Ashford & Simpson and previously recorded by Edwin Starr, Bobby Taylor & the Vancouvers and the Four Tops, and "Thank You Fa Lettin' Me Be Myself" by Sly & the Family Stone.

Elena Ferretti, better known as Sophie or Rose, is an Italian Eurobeat and Italo disco singer. She has performed and recorded for many record labels, under many aliases. Her music was produced by various well-known Italian producers, namely Giacomo Maiolini, Mauro Farina, Sergio Dall'Ora and Giancarlo Pasquini. She often collaborated with Clara Moroni, who wrote many of her compositions. Moroni also did most of the backing vocals/choirs for Ferretti's songs for Time Records. Together with Moroni, she was a member of the duo Gipsy & Queen. In 2011, she recorded and released an Italian folk song entitled "Io Libera". Among her best known hits is the song "My World".
