Lake Pleasant is a lake located in the Adirondack Park in New York in the United States. The lake is in the town of Lake Pleasant in Hamilton County.
Massawepie Lake is located in the town of Piercefield, in southern St. Lawrence County, New York, approximately 12 miles (19 km) southwest of the village of Tupper Lake, New York. The lake is also surrounded by the Massawepie Scout Camps. The name of the lake is of Iroquois origin, meaning "the beaver's lake". The outlet flows west into the South Branch Grass River.
Lake Rondaxe is located northeast of Carter Station, New York. Fish species present in the lake are atlantic salmon, rainbow trout, smallmouth bass, brook trout, yellow perch, and black bullhead. There is a carry down launch located on the northwest corner off North Rondaxe Road.
Kayuta Lake is located northwest of Bardwell Mill, New York. Kayuta Lake Campground is located by the Black River inlet. Fish species present in the lake are smallmouth bass, pickerel, white sucker, rock bass, yellow perch, bluegill, and black bullhead. There is a carry down access on the north shore located on State Dam Road.
Otter Lake is located by Otter Lake, New York southeast of McKeever, New York. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, white sucker, rock bass, yellow perch, smallmouth bass, and black bullhead. There is trail access from Long Lake on the southwest shore of Otter Lake.
Clear Lake is located by Plessis, New York. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, northern pike, walleye, yellow perch, black bullhead, bluegill, and black crappie. There is a boat launch on the west shore on Clear Lake Road.
Leonard Pond is located by Sevey. The outlet creek flows into the Raquette River. Fish species present in the lake are white sucker, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, yellow perch, and black bullhead. Access trail off State Route 56 on the west shore.
Horseshoe Pond is located by Gale, New York. The outlet creek flows north into Long Pond, then continues into Catamount Pond. Fish species present in the lake are white sucker, smallmouth bass, brook trout, rock bass, yellow perch, and black bullhead. Access on north and west shore off Massawepie Road. Permit is required from June to August from the Boy Scout camp.
Nelson Lake is located south of Minnehaha, New York. The outlet creek flows into Middle Branch Moose River. Fish species present in the lake are white sucker, black bullhead, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, yellow perch, and sunfish. Access via trail off unimproved road from Route 28 on the east shore and via the Middle Branch Moose River.
Lake Abanakee is located northeast of Indian Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are northern pike, white sucker, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, black bullhead, yellow perch, rock bass, and sunfish. There is a canoe launch on the west shore off Big Brook Road and a second canoe launch on the south shore, off Jerry Savarie Road.
Fall Lake is located north of Piseco, New York. Fish species present in the lake are rock bass, white sucker, black bullhead, smallmouth bass, yellow perch, and pickerel. There is carry down access on Fall Stream off Old Piseco Road on land owned by the Irondequoit Club.
Garnet Lake is located south of the hamlet of Garnet Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are pickerel, largemouth bass, yellow perch, and brown bullhead. There is carry down on a trail off Maxam Road on the east shore.
Trout Lake is located west of Bolton, New York. Fish species present in the lake are brook trout, rainbow trout, splake, lake trout, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, yellow perch, smelt, rock bass, rainbow smelt, brown trout and brown bullhead. There is a carry down trail on the northeast shore via trail off Lamb Hill Road. There is a 50 horsepower motor limit on this lake. It is called Trout Lake due to the high numbers of lake trout and rainbow trout that are found in the lake.
Green Lake is a lake that is located east of Canada Lake, New York. Fish species present in the lake are pickerel, black bullhead, rock bass, yellow perch, and pumpkinseed sunfish. There is access by trail off Green Lake Road along the west shore. It is also accessible by a channel from Canada Lake on the southwest corner.
Woods Lake is a lake that is located east of Upper Benson, New York. Fish species present in the lake are pickerel, smallmouth bass,largemouth base yellow perch, pumpkinseed sunfish, and brown bullhead. There is access by trail from Benson Road on the west shore. No motors are allowed on this lake.
Glen Lake is a lake that is located north of Glens Falls, New York. Fish species present in the lake are rainbow trout, pickerel, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, walleye, yellow perch, pumpkinseed sunfish, and brown bullhead. There is a carry down on the northwest shore off Glen Lake Road.
Ballston Lake is a lake that is located northeast of Burnt Hills, New York in the town of Ballston. Fish species present in the lake are northern pike, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, yellow perch, northern pike, carp, pumpkinseed sunfish, and brown bullhead. There is a private boat launch that can be accessed by paying a fee, located at Villago Restaurant on the east side of the lake. There is a public fishing pier and cartop boat launch on the north shore off Outlet Road.
Bear Lake is located north of Kelly Corners, New York. Fish species present in the lake are largemouth bass, northern pike, smallmouth bass, pumpkinseed sunfish, bluegill, tiger muskie, muskellunge, walleye, yellow perch, and black bullhead. There is a state owned hand launch located on the east shore off Bear Lake Road.
Loon Lake is a lake located by Cohocton, New York. Fish species present in the lake include largemouth bass, yellow perch, black bullhead, cisco, rock bass, smallmouth bass, pickerel, brown bullhead, and pumpkinseed sunfish. There is access for fee via boat launch on the west shore off Laf Alot Road.
Goodyear Lake is a man-made lake created by the building of the Colliersville Dam. The lake is located southwest of the hamlet of Portlandville in the Town of Milford in Otsego County, New York.
