3rd Bass was an American hip hop group that was active in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Formed by MC Serch, Pete Nice, and DJ Richie Rich, the group was notable for being one of the first successful interracial hip hop acts. Along with Beastie Boys and producer Rick Rubin, MC Serch and Pete Nice were two of the very few white hip hop artists who were widely respected in the community. The group dissolved in 1994 and again in 2000 and 2013 after short-lived reunions. The group released two studio albums in their initial career and both of them were certified gold by the RIAA.
Daniel Dumile, also known by his stage name MF Doom or simply Doom, was a British-American rapper and record producer. Noted for his intricate wordplay, signature metal mask, and "supervillain" stage persona, Dumile became a major figure of underground hip hop and alternative hip hop in the 2000s. After his death, Variety described him as one of the scene's "most celebrated, unpredictable and enigmatic figures".
Madvillainy is the only studio album by American hip hop duo Madvillain, consisting of British-American rapper MF Doom and American record producer Madlib. It was released on March 23, 2004, on Stones Throw Records.
7L & Esoteric (7LES) are an American underground hip hop duo from Boston, Massachusetts, known for battle rhymes and boom bap production. 7L is the duo's DJ/producer and Esoteric is the MC. 7L & Esoteric are both prominent members of underground hip-hop collectives Army of the Pharaohs and Demigodz, as well as being 2/3 of Czarface along with Wu-Tang Clan member Inspectah Deck.
Operation: Doomsday is the debut studio album by British-American rapper MF DOOM, released through Fondle 'Em Records on 19 October 1999 and reissued by Sub Verse Records in 2001 with a slightly altered track listing. It was his first solo release under the MF DOOM moniker after previously performing as Zev Love X in the group KMD. Operation: Doomsday is regarded as one of the most influential albums in independent hip-hop history. A deluxe remastered version of the album was released by DOOM's own Metal Face Records on 24 October 2011.
Take Me to Your Leader is the second studio album by British-American MC/producer MF DOOM, released under the alias King Geedorah via Big Dada on June 17, 2003. King Geedorah is the alias MF DOOM used as part of the underground super group Monsta Island Czars. The album features guest appearances from MF Grimm as well as other MIC members. The character is based on the three-headed King Ghidorah, a fictional monster who appears as Godzilla's enemy in the Godzilla films.

Black Bastards is the second and final studio album by American hip hop group KMD, recorded in 1993 and eventually released on May 15, 2000, through Readyrock Records. Initially, the album was scheduled for release in May 1994, but Elektra Records canceled the album, reportedly due to the controversial cover art, which shows a Sambo figure being lynched. Zev Love X's brother DJ Subroc was killed when he was struck by a car shortly before the album was completed, and subsequent releases of the album have featured dedications to him.

Fondle 'Em Records was a hip hop record label founded and owned by Robert "Bobbito" Garcia from 1995 to 2001, based in New York, New York. Bobbito formed the label after realizing that the many unsigned rappers making guest appearances on The Stretch Armstrong and Bobbito Show, a program Bobbito co-hosted with DJ Stretch Armstrong on Columbia University radio station WKCR 89.9 FM, did not have a proper outlet for their talents.
American Hunger is a triple album released on CD. It was released in 2006 by Manhattan, New York rap artist MF Grimm. It is also the first triple album in hip-hop history. It was originally planned for release on July 4, 2004, however multiple delays occurred including having to remove MF Doom's productions from the tracks and MF Grimm's hard drive losing data.

The Beatnuts is the self-titled full-length debut album by American hip hop trio The Beatnuts. It was released on June 21, 1994, via Violator/Relativity Records. Recording sessions took place at LGK Studios in Leonia, New Jersey, at Soundtrack Studios and Greene St. Recording in New York. Production was handled by the Beatnuts, except for one song produced by Lucien. It features guest appearances from Gab Gotcha of Triflicts, Grand Puba and Miss Jones. The album reached number 182 on the Billboard 200 and number 28 on the Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums in the United States. It boasts two singles: "Props Over Here", which peaked at number 39 on the US Hot Rap Singles, and "Hit Me with That". Music video for "Props Over Here" was directed by Abraham Lincoln Lim.
Key to the Kuffs is a collaborative album by alternative hip hop artists Jneiro Jarel and MF DOOM under the moniker JJ Doom. It was released on Lex Records on August 20, 2012.
The discography of American hip hop artist MF Grimm consists of seven studio albums, three EPs, three mixtapes and two compilation albums. Although MF Grimm's rapping career began in the late 1980s, his debut record did not come until 2000 in the form of the MF EP, a collaborative project with MF Doom. Grimm had previously executive produced MF Doom's debut solo album Operation: Doomsday, as well as aiding with the mixing and recording, on top of having a solo track on the project. Grimm's debut album, The Downfall of Ibliys: A Ghetto Opera was released in 2002. The third collaborative project with Drasar Monumental in the Good Morning Vietnam series was released November 25, 2014. Grimm's discography is also notable in that his album American Hunger is the first triple disc album of original material by a solo hip hop artist.
Czarface Meets Metal Face is the first collaborative album by American hip hop supergroup Czarface and British-American rapper MF DOOM. It was released on March 30, 2018 through Get On Down, a Boston-based record label. The album features guest appearances from Vinnie Paz, Open Mike Eagle, Blacastan and Kendra Morris. It was the last release by MF DOOM before his death on October 31, 2020.
