Maria Fe "Mafe" Casidsid Galanza (born May 11, 2000) is a Filipina volleyball player. She played as setter for the University of Santo Tomas Growling Tigresses in the UAAP. Currently, she plays with her sister Jema for the Creamline Cool Smashers in the Premier Volleyball League.
Galanza played volleyball at San Pedro Relocation Center National High School in San Pedro, Laguna. [1] She went to the University of Santo Tomas in Manila for her college studies. [2]
The Tigresses began recruiting Galanza when she was still playing for Laguna in Palarong Pambansa. [3] She became a key cog in UST's return to the finals in UAAP Season 81 volleyball despite being a rookie. [4]
In 2023, Galanza turned pro, playing with her sister Jema for the Creamline Cool Smashers in the PVL. [5] [6]
Alyssa Caymo Valdez is a Filipino volleyball player who currently plays for the Creamline Cool Smashers. She was a member of the collegiate varsity women's volleyball team of Ateneo de Manila University in both indoor and beach volleyball. She was most outstanding as an indoor volleyball player where she brought multiple championship titles and a lot of honor for the university. She is a current member of Philippines national team. Her global recognition paved the way for her to play in other countries like Thailand for 3BB Nakornnont and Taiwan for Attack Line Volleyball Club.
