Markthalle Hamburg is a convention center located at Klosterwall, Hammerbrook in the city of Hamburg, Germany. It was designed by the architect Fritz Schumacher and built in 1913.

The main hall can hold up to 1,000 people. Many notable artists have performed in the main hall including Phish, B.B. King, Nirvana, Guns N' Roses, U2, AC/DC, Dio, The Police, Alter Bridge, Thomas Mapfumo and Run–DMC [1]

Four live albums have been recorded at the venue: Live in Hamburg by Roger Chapman (1979), The Hamburg Tapes by Gotthard (1996), No Holds Barred by Biohazard (1997) and Slip Stitch and Pass by Phish (1997).

Elbinsel Museum is a museum in Kirchdorf Süd, Wilhelmsburg, Hamburg, Germany. The museum was founded in 1907 by a local history group. The first collections were exhibited in a room of the local city hall that was built in 1903. At that time many industrial enterprises were established the area near the port of Hamburg. Farmhouses and cottages had to give way to provide housing for factory employees. This left large amounts of furniture and antiques behind. It enabled the local history group to hold valuable old pieces and preserve them for posterity, but the one room storage area at the local City Hall where the items were stored was soon filled to the brim. Finding numerous other places to hold the ever-growing collection proved to be unsuccessful, in 1942 it moved into its final destination which were on the premises of the old administrative building in Kirchdorf, where it has enjoyed great popularity for the last 50 years.

"Chalk Dust Torture" is a 1992 song by the American band Phish. It is the thirteenth track from their 1992 album A Picture of Nectar and was also released as their first promotional single by Elektra Records. The song is a riff-based, fast-paced rock song written by Phish guitarist and lead vocalist Trey Anastasio and lyricist Tom Marshall. The studio recording features a lowered pitch effect on Anastasio's lead vocal, and in order to accommodate the lower pitch, the song's typical key of E was dropped to Eb. "Chalk Dust Torture" was the band's first song to receive significant radio airplay, peaking at No. 53 on the Radio & Records Album-oriented rock chart in 1992.

Live Phish 10.31.90 is an archival live album release by the American rock band Phish. The show was originally webcast on October 10, 1999. It was also released in MP3 format in 1999 through eMusic, making it the first archival recording released officially online. The show was later made available when Phish launched its LivePhish website and is currently available exclusively through that site. This archival release is also believed to have been the first ever commercial download release of a full, live concert by any band.
