Docks (formerly Knopf's Music Hall) is a nightclub located at Spielbudenplatz in the St. Pauli district of Hamburg, Germany. It has a capacity between 1,250 and 1,500 people. [1] The building opened in 1900 as a cinema. [2] Notable past performers include Bob Dylan, Black Sabbath, David Bowie, Metallica, Motörhead, Ramones, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Def Leppard, Ozzy Osbourne, Dio, Iron Maiden, Nine Inch Nails and Liam Gallagher. [3]

Artists that appeared at the hall include The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Kiss, Iron Maiden, Queen, Pink Floyd, The Who, Santana and Deep Purple. The building was demolished in June 1986.

The center hosts trade shows, concerts and other events. It is run by Hamburg Messe und Congress, which is also managing Congress Center Hamburg.
