Maryamabad (Persian : مريم اباد‎, also Romanized as Maryamābād)^[1] is a village in Mosaferabad Rural District, Rudkhaneh District, Rudan County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 44, in 7 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Mosaferabad Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Rudkhaneh District of Rudan County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,111, in 1,109 families. The rural district has 50 villages.

Rudkhaneh District is a district (bakhsh) in Rudan County, Hormozgan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 17,620, in 3,816 families. The District has one city: Ziarat-e Ali. The District has three rural districts (dehestan): Mosaferabad Rural District, Rudkhaneh Rural District, and Rudkhaneh Bar Rural District.
