Massimo Fondelli (born 9 February 1954) is an Italian former water polo player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1980 Summer Olympics. [1]

He was a member of the national team that finished in sixth place at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. He also competed at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics.
