McNeil is an unincorporated community in Caldwell County, in the U.S. state of Texas. ^[1] According to the Handbook of Texas, the community had a population of 200 in 2000. ^[2] The community is located within the Greater Austin metropolitan area.

Geography

McNeil is on Farm to Market Road 1322, 5 mi (8.0 km) northeast of Luling in southern Caldwell County. ^[2]
