Mecistocephalus consocius is a species of centipede in the Mecistocephalidae family. It was described in 1944 by American myriapodologist Ralph Vary Chamberlin. [1] [2]

Description

This species is yellowish with 49 pairs of legs. [1]

Distribution

The species occurs in Vanuatu. The type locality is Hog Harbour on the island of Espiritu Santo. [2]
