The Men's Junior AHF Cup is a men's international under-21 field hockey competition in Asia organized by the Asian Hockey Federation. The tournament was founded in 2003 and serves as the qualification tournament for the next Men's Hockey Junior Asia Cup.
Four different teams have won the tournament and the 2019 edition was held in Muscat, Oman. [1]

The Men's Hockey Asia Cup is a men's international field hockey tournament organized by the Asian Hockey Federation. The winning team becomes the champion of Asia and qualifies for the FIH Hockey World Cup.
The Asian Hockey Federation is the governing body for the sport of field hockey in Asia. It now has 33 member associations. It is affiliated to the International Hockey Federation (FIH). The current president is Fumio Ogura and the patron is Al-Sultan Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah.
The Men's Hockey Junior Asia Cup is a men's international under-21 field hockey tournament organized by the Asian Hockey Federation. The tournament has been held since 1988 and serves as a qualification tournament for the Men's FIH Hockey Junior World Cup. Competitors must be under the age of 21 as of December 31 in the year before the tournament is held.
The 2018 Asian Men's Junior Handball Championship will be the 16th edition of the championship scheduled to be held from 16 to 26 July 2018 at Salalah, Oman under the aegis of Asian Handball Federation. It will be the first time in history that championship will be organised in Oman by the Oman Handball Association. It also acts as the qualification tournament for the 2019 Men's Junior World Handball Championship. Top three teams from the championship will directly qualify for the Junior World Championship to be held in Spain.

This was announced by the Asian Hockey Federation (AHF) on 29 January 2018. The Oman Hockey Association hosted the tournament.
