Mian Sara (Persian : ميانسرا‎, also Romanized as Mīān Sarā and Mīyānsarā)^[1] is a village in Amlash-e Jonubi Rural District, in the Central District of Amlash County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 47, in 10 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Amlash-e Jonubi Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Amlash County, Gilan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,584, in 1,787 families. The rural district has 35 villages.
