Michel Picard (born 4 March 1954) is a French lightweight rower. He won a gold medal at the 1975 World Rowing Championships in Nottingham with the lightweight men's four. [1]

The event was significantly extended from the 1970 edition, with the addition of both women's and lightweight men's events.
