Nerio Gainotti (born 28 November 1966) is an Italian lightweight rower. He won a gold medal at the 1986 World Rowing Championships in Nottingham with the lightweight men's four. [1]
Lightweight rowing is a category of rowing where limits are placed on the maximum body weight of competitors. According to the International Rowing Federation (FISA), this weight category was introduced "to encourage more universality in the sport especially among nations with less statuesque people".
Richard Scott Chambers is a British rower, and is the brother of fellow rower Peter Chambers. At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London he was part of the British crew that won the silver medal in the lightweight men's four.

Kerber is currently the Head Coach of Lightweight Rowing at Cornell University, along with Assistant Head Coach Bill Brumstead, and has been there since the 2008 season. Prior to Cornell, Kerber coached in numerous programs, including a coaching job with LaSalle College High School in Philadelphia. Kerber's lightweight varsity eights won the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) national championship in 2014, 2015, 2017, and 2019. His teams won the Jope Cup in 2014 and 2015.

Florian Roller is a German lightweight rower. He began rowing in 2004, and continued on to win a gold medal at the 2016 World Rowing Championships in Rotterdam with the lightweight men's quadruple scull. Roller finished first in the 2018 World Cup Rowing III and the 2018 World Rowing Championships. He lives in Markgröningen, Germany.
Jon Berney is an Australian world champion lightweight rower. He won a gold medal at the 1997 World Rowing Championships in Aiguebelette with the lightweight men's eight.
