Odessa Historic District is a national historic district located at Odessa, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 82 contributing buildings in the central business district and surrounding residential areas in the shipping and trading center of Odessa. It includes a mix of commercial and residential buildings primarily dating to the 18th and 19th century. The oldest building is the Collins-Sharp House. Other notable buildings include the Judge Lore House, Brick Hotel (1822), the Davis Store (1824), Cyrus Polk House (1853), Zoar ME Church (1881), Wilson-Warner House, Academy building (1844), Red Men Lodge (1894), and Old St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal parsonage. Also located in the district and separately listed are the Appoquinimink Friends Meetinghouse, Corbit-Sharp House, and Old St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church.

Extending along Washington Street and Washington Terrace between Main and Jackson Streets, the area has a broad diversity of residential architecture dating from 1752 to 1931, reflecting the city's patterns of growth. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.

Milton Historic District is a national historic district located at Milton, Sussex County, Delaware. It includes 188 contributing buildings and 1 contributing site in the central business district and surrounding residential areas of Milton. The district includes much of Union, Federal, Broad, Chestnut, and Mill Streets, and encompasses a wide variety of residential, commercial, and institutional buildings from the late-18th century to the early-20th century. Union, Broad and Chestnut Streets include many examples of Gothic Revival and vernacular building styles popular in the 19th century, while Federal Street is noted for larger homes that include many Second Empire, Queen Anne, and Federal style homes, as well as Gothic Revival and vernacular styles. Notable non-residential buildings on Union Street include the Lydia B. Cannon Museum building, the "Irish Eyes" restaurant, and the Milton Theater (1939). On Federal Street, there are the Sussex Trust, Title and Safe Deposit Company building, and the Episcopal Church of St. John Baptist (1877).. Located in the district and separately listed are the Draper-Adkins House, Hazzard House, and Gov. James Ponder House.

It includes residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings dated from the late-18th century to the 1930s. The residential buildings are mostly frame structures in the "I-house" plan. Most commercial buildings re brick structure and date to the early-20th century. Notable non-residential buildings include the Dashiell Building, Sussex Trust Building, Mellon Bank Building, Laurel Railroad Station, firehouse (1937), the original water company building, more recent town water buildings, U.S. Post Office (1935), Centenary Methodist Church, St. Phillip's Episcopal Church the Methodist Protestant Church, and the I.O.O.F. Meeting Hall.

Olive Holiness Pentecostal (1876).

The district also includes 20th century apartment complexes. Also located in the district is the St. Stephen's Lutheran Church and the Sailors and Soldiers Monument. The separately listed Howard Pyle Studios are also located in the district.

Notable non-residential buildings include St. Patrick's Church, Diamond Match Company complex, Security Storage Warehouse, Francis Apartments, Winkler's Restaurant, Delaware Hosiery Manufacturing Company building, F.F. Slocomb Company building. The Howard High School, Kaumagraph Building, and Starr House are located in the district and separately listed.

The district encompasses 434 contributing buildings in a predominantly residential section of Rochester. The district includes a variety of residential buildings built primarily between the 1840s and 1920s, and consists mainly of two-story detached houses built as single-family or two-family residences. The architecture is primarily vernacular with a few examples of high-style Italianate and Queen Anne style residences. Located in the district are the separately listed Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church and Nazareth House. Other notable buildings include the St. Boniface Church complex, the former School 13, the former School 28, and former Engine Company No. 8.
Elmwood Historic District–East is a national historic district located at Buffalo, Erie County, New York. The district encompasses 2,405 contributing buildings, 31 contributing structures, and 14 contributing objects in the Elmwood Village neighborhood of Buffalo. It is bounded on the north by Delaware Park, Forest Lawn Cemetery, and the former Buffalo State Asylum, on the south by the Allentown Historic District, and on the west by the Elmwood Historic District–West. This predominantly residential district developed between about 1867 and 1965, and includes notable examples of Queen Anne, Shingle Style, Colonial Revival, Tudor Revival, and American Craftsman style architecture. The district contains one of the most intact collections of built resources from turn of the 20th century in the city of Buffalo and western New York State. Located in the district are 17 previously listed contributing resources including the Buffalo Seminary, Garret Club, James and Fanny How House, Edgar W. Howell House, Edwin M. and Emily S. Johnston House, Col. William Kelly House, Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church, Parke Apartments, and the Unitarian Universalist Church of Buffalo. Other notable building include the Frank Lloyd Wright designed William R. Heath House (1904-1905), Herbert H. Hewitt House, School 56 (1910-1911), the Harlow House, A. Conger Goodyear house, Alexander Main Curtiss House, Nardin Academy campus, and Coatsworth House (1897).
St. Joseph Neighborhood Historic District is a national historic district located at Indianapolis, Indiana. The district encompasses 57 contributing buildings in a predominantly residential section of Indianapolis. It was developed between about 1855 and 1930, and include representative examples of Italianate and Queen Anne style architecture. Located in the district are the separately listed Bals-Wocher House, William Buschmann Block, Delaware Court, Pearson Terrace, and The Spink. Other notable buildings include the Christian Place complex, Fishback-Vonnegut-New House, Henry Hilker House, Apollo-Aurora Rowhouses, Israel Traub Store, and Lorenzo Moody House.
The Palmerton Historic District is a national historic district located in Palmerton, Carbon County, Pennsylvania. Bordered roughly by Tomb Street, Avenue A, 8th Street, and Harvard Avenue, it encompasses 1,262 contributing buildings, seven contributing structures, and four contributing sites, as well as 475 noncontributing buildings and 13 noncontributing sites where previously demolished resources had been located. Usage functions range from commercial and industrial to institutional to residential in nature. This district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 19, 2018 in recognition of its significance in community planning and development.
