The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (Indonesian : Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang) is a government ministry formed by the Indonesian government in 2014. The ministry responsible for in the agrarian/land and spatial planning affairs.

Contents

History

The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Indonesia was first established in 1955 through Presidential Decree Number 55 of 1955. [1] Before becoming a ministry in 1955, agrarian affairs were managed by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Structure

The organizational structure of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning is regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 47 of 2020.
