Mirpur Mathelo Tehsil is an administrative subdivision (tehsil) of Ghotki District in the Sindh province of Pakistan. It is administratively subdivided into ten Union Councils, two of which form the capital Mirpur Mathelo. It is headquarters of Ghotki district.
