The Miss Kansas' Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Kansas in the Miss America's Teen pageant.

Erin Rolfe of Wichita was crowned Miss Kansas' Teen on March 18, 2023 at the Hughes Metropolitan Complex at Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. She will compete for the title of Miss America's Teen 2024 in Dallas, Texas.

In January 2023, the official name of the pageant was changed from Miss Kansas’ Outstanding Teen, to Miss Kansas’ Teen, in accordance with the national pageant.

Nicole Jia of Oklahoma crowned her successor Jessica Baeder of Alabama at the end of the event. This was the first time that Miss Alabama's Outstanding Teen captured the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen.
