Interstate 72 (I-72) is an Interstate Highway in the midwestern United States. Its western terminus is in Hannibal, Missouri, at an intersection with U.S. Route 61 (US 61); its eastern terminus is at Country Fair Drive in Champaign, Illinois. The route runs through the major cities of Decatur, Illinois, and Springfield, Illinois. In 2006, the Illinois General Assembly dedicated all of I-72 as Purple Heart Memorial Highway. The stretch between Springfield and Decatur is also called Penny Severns Memorial Expressway, and the section between mile 35 and the Mississippi River is known as the Free Frank McWorter Historic Highway.
U.S. Route 400 is a 481.306-mile-long (774.587 km) mostly east–west U.S. Highway, commissioned in 1994. The highway's western terminus is in Granada, Colorado, at an intersection with US 385. The highway's eastern terminus is southwest of Joplin, Missouri, near Loma Linda, at an interchange with Interstate 44, with which it shares with US 166. It originally ended in Garden City, Kansas; in 1996 it was extended to its current western terminus.
Route 90 is a highway in southwest Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at Route 37 in Washburn; its western terminus is at Route 43 northeast of Southwest City.
Route 37 is a highway in southwest Missouri. Its northern terminus is at U.S. Route 160 in Golden City ; its southern terminus is at the Arkansas state line where it continues as Highway 37, though it only runs very briefly before ending at U.S. Route 62 in Gateway, Arkansas.
Route 38 is a highway in southern Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at Route 17 ten miles (16 km) west of Houston; its western terminus is at U.S. Route 65 about ten miles (16 km) south of Buffalo.
Route 21 is a highway in eastern Missouri. Its northern terminus is at Route 30 in Affton. Its southern terminus is at the Arkansas state line. In the St. Louis area, it is known as Tesson Ferry Road, which was named after the 19th century proprietor of the ferry across the Meramec River.
Route 94 serves eastern and central Missouri. The entire route closely parallels the Missouri River. The eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 67 in West Alton; its western terminus is at the intersection of U.S. Route 54 and U.S. Route 63 in Jefferson City.
Route 34 is a highway in southeastern Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at the Illinois state line on the Mississippi River at Cape Girardeau where it overlaps Route 74. Its western terminus is at U.S. Route 60 near Van Buren. The road continues into Illinois as Illinois Route 146.
Route 105 is a highway in Mississippi County, Missouri. Its northern terminus is at Interstate 57/U.S. Route 60 in Charleston; its southern terminus is at Route 80 in East Prairie. Other than the two termini, no other towns are on the route.
Route 41 is a highway in central Missouri. Its northern terminus is at U.S. Route 24 in southern Carroll County; its southern terminus is at Interstate 70/U.S. Route 40 west of Boonville, where the road continues south as Route 135.
Route 168 is a highway in northeastern Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 61 in Hannibal; its western terminus is at Route 15 in Shelbyville.
Route 22 is a highway in central Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 54 in Mexico; its western terminus is at U.S. Route 63 south of Clark on the Randolph/Boone county line. Route 22 was one of the original 1922 state highways and originally had an eastern terminus at Route 9 in Louisiana. This section was replaced by U.S. Route 54 in 1926.
Route 151 is a highway in the U.S. state of Missouri. Its northern terminus is at Route 15/Route 156 about 13 miles (21 km) south of Edina; its southern terminus is at Route 22/Route 124 in Centralia.
Route 68 is a highway in central and southern Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at Route 19 in Salem; its western terminus is at U.S. Route 63 north of Rolla. Even though it is an even- numbered route, it tends to run more north–south than east–west.
Route 103 is a short highway in southeastern Missouri. Its southern terminus is at Route Z inside the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. The route travels north and intersects a few county roads as it leaves the national park. The road ends at U.S. Route 60 in a three-way junction. After being proposed in 1930, a road was built from the national park to US 60 in 1933. The gravel road was designated as Route 103, and it was paved five years later.
Route 46 is a highway in northern Missouri. Its eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 69 north of Eagleville; its western terminus is at U.S. Route 59 east of Fairfax.
Route 92 is a highway in Platte and Clay counties in northwestern Missouri, United States. Its western terminus is a continuation of K-92 on the Centennial Bridge over the Missouri River at the Kansas state line, and the eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 69 in northern Excelsior Springs.
Route 221 is a 16.317-mile-long (26.260 km) east–west highway in eastern Missouri. Its western terminus is at Route 21 near Pilot Knob. Its eastern terminus is at U.S. Route 67 near Farmington.
Route 131 is a highway located in Lafayette and Johnson counties in western Missouri. Its northern terminus is at Route 224 in downtown Wellington and its southern terminus is on Route 2 south of Medford.
Interstate 44 (I-44) in the US state of Missouri runs northeast from the Oklahoma state line near Joplin to I-70 in Downtown St. Louis. It runs for about 293 miles (472 km) in the state, and is the longest Interstate Highway in the state.
