Mylothris kiwuensis is a butterfly in the family Pieridae. It is found in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Rwanda, Tanzania and possibly Kenya. ^[2] The habitat consists of primary forests.

The larvae feed on Santalales species.
