NS Betaria FC or known as Betaria FC was a Malaysian football club based in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan. The club was established in 2003, and the club used the Tampin Mini Stadium as their home stadium.

They were promoted to the 2012 Malaysia Premier League after winning the 2011 Malaysia FAM League. The club won the title after defeating Melodi Jaya Sports Club on the final day of the 2011 Malaysian FAM League by two goals to none.

In their debut season in the Premier League, they placed 10th out of 12 teams. They were to relegate to the 2013 FAM League after losing 3-0 to Muar Municipal Council FC in their relegation playoff match; this was delayed when MP Muar FC pulled out of the league. A play-off match was set with UiTM FC, the third-placed team in the 2012 Malaysia FAM League. NS Betaria remained in the Premier League when they won 3-0.

Their U-23 youth team also made headlines in the 2012 Malaysia President Cup tournament, finishing as runners-up to Perak FA in the final.

Betaria finished last in the 2013 Malaysia Premier League, and was relegated to the FAM League, but the club's management decided to withdraw from the 2014 Malaysia FAM League.

Negeri Sembilan Football Association (NSFA), commonly referred to as PBNS, is a sports association that is responsible for handling association football sports affairs in Negeri Sembilan. This association is also the owner of Negeri Sembilan FC. PBNS is an association registered with the Office of the Sports Commissioner of Malaysia and one of the affiliates of the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). PBNS is currently led by the President of PBNS, Tunku Syed Razman bin Tunku Syed Idrus Al-Qadri, who is also Tunku Besar Tampin.
