Through a channel sharing agreement, the two stations transmit using WCAU's spectrum from a tower in the Roxborough section of Philadelphia.

Daily ridership is estimated to be 106,000 passengers, and construction will cost 9.137 billion Mexican pesos. The works began officially on 22 May 2022.
