Nahr-e Shahab (Persian : نهرشهاب, also Romanized as Nahr-e Shahāb; also known as Shahāb) [1] is a village in Buzi Rural District, in the Central District of Shadegan County, Khuzestan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its existence was noted, but its population was not reported. [2]

The District has five rural districts (dehestan): Abshar Rural District, Buzi Rural District, Darkhoveyn Rural District, Hoseyni Rural District, and Jaffal Rural District.
