Nandor Sabo Paloc (February 19, 1960) is a former wrestler who competed in the 1988 Summer Olympics for Yugoslavia and in the 1992 Summer Olympics as an Independent Olympic participant. [1]

During the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, athletes from the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the Republic of Macedonia competed as independent Olympic participants. Macedonian athletes could not appear under their own flag because their National Olympic Committee (NOC) had not been formed. Due to FR Yugoslavia's conduct in the ongoing Yugoslav Wars, it was placed under sanctions by United Nations Security Council Resolution 757, which prevented the country from taking part in the Olympics. Individual Yugoslav athletes were allowed to take part as independent Olympic participants.

Mihály Lantos was a Hungarian football player and manager. He played as a defender, spending the majority of his career at MTK Hungária FC. During the 1950s he was also a member of the Hungary team known as the Golden Team. Other members of the team included Nándor Hidegkuti, Ferenc Puskás, Zoltán Czibor, Sándor Kocsis and József Bozsik. After retiring as a player Lantos worked as coach. Between 1965 and 1967 he was assistant coach to his former MTK manager, Márton Bukovi, at Olympiacos. He then returned to Hungary where he managed several teams including Videoton FC.

Nándor Kováts was a Hungarian track and field athlete and gymnast who competed in the 1906 Summer Olympics and in the 1908 Summer Olympics. He was born in Budapest. In 1906 he was a member of the Hungarian gymnastics team which finished sixth in the team all-around competition. He also participated in the 110 metre hurdles event but was eliminated in the first round. Two years later he was eliminated in the semi-finals of the 400 metre hurdles competition after finishing third in his heat. He also participated in the 110 metre hurdles event but was eliminated in the first round. At the 1912 Games he finished 26th in the Olympic long jump contest.

The men's bantamweight event was part of the boxing programme at the 1992 Summer Olympics. The weight class allowed boxers of up to 54 kilograms to compete. The competition was held from 28 July to 8 August 1992. 31 boxers from 31 nations competed.

Nándor Gelénesi is a Hungarian wrestler. He competed in the men's Greco-Roman 90 kg at the 1996 Summer Olympics.
