Nanometa forsteri is a species of Tetragnathidae spider that is endemic to New Zealand. [1]
This species was described in 2020 by Fernando Álvarez-Padilla, Robert Kallal and Gustavo Hormiga. The holotype is stored in Te Papa Museum. [1]
The female is recorded at 3.3mm in length whereas the male is 2.4mm.This species has a pale yellow cephalothorax, light grey abdomen with silvery patches. [1]
This species is widespread in New Zealand. [1]
